I love playing Lost Tina but BOY OH BOY does it feel bad to play it sometimes. I never feel good about having to put energy into the lost zone.

I actually tried the Shuppet line and find that the non-EX version of Banette really helps cuz it just straight up gives you free 2 lost zone, clear a room in the bench and retrieve Colress. That's 4 lost zone guaranteed in 1 turn, a sure fireway to enable Cramorant or even hitting the 7 lost zone break point early. I wish I'd known about it existence sooner. (But for Banette EX though, a control mon in a mid-range/combo deck? After some testing I don't find it very compatible that much.)

I've heard mixed things about including the Banette line (whether it's actually worth the space vs a more common Giratina deck list) - not sure if I should try it out myself, but it's definitely interesting!

It goes against my conventional thinking on how Giratina should be built. But it got 2nd in a 2,500+ player tournament, so there has to be at least some merit to it.

@@InThirdPerson True! I do like how it gives some flexibility and also accelerates your lost zone count

I've been waiting for a vid on this! I'm unsure if the banettes/shuppets inclusion are worth it in locals/ptcgl where you tun into less control. Might just be better off keeping the water energy and swinging with ninja. But it certainly worked for Isaiah Bradner this weekend.
