A lot of zoning boards are full of snobs. In my town the zoning board will only want homes that cost over 700k
This would be perfect for those who can't afford a "normal size" home, like myself!😅 I actually was forced to get a mobile home after my kids and I were "left out in the cold" by a heartless guy who didn't want the responsibility of family. We're actually very happy now, so I'm thankful!❤ ✌️

Hello; will someone make mention of the plumbing system for commodes? I don't want a septic or composting commode.
I'm not aware of anything besides a leach bed, septic, or compositing. I was under the understanding that those were the only options. Did I miss something?

Yes, this is misleading. They are potentially tiny homes if one adds insulation, fireproofing, heating, a/c, electrical, real roofs, plumbing, stronger floors that don’t have contact with the ground… and that takes a lot of coin. Not sure that any of these are a bargain even for a shell.

Why would you go to lowes to build a house? Just have a contractor or prefab manufacturer design and build it if you've got that budget.
