P0010-P0016 I think codes in that range can be vvt solenoid but they can also be other timing related fault but cheapest fix 1st is to try the solenoids as there common to get blocked or the filter mesh disintegrates blocking the oil flow to the solenoid

Probably just the seal. Ready enough to access to replace at later date if required
What were your cars symptoms with this issue? I have jerking under load when I try to full throttle but no fault codes

How long did it take to do this? Did you use brake cleaner to clean the gauze? I think mine needs done as it rattles a bit in start up
This is a 2 minute job.. yes brake cleaner would be a good shout... Swap the front one with the back to really ensure you've tried everything...
