Also try any soup ( I like butternut squash or the red pepper soup ) ... but heat up a green chile or corn tamale and put it in the soup ... top with green onion and sour cream ITS SO GOOD TOGETHER !!

I have been REALLY struggling with my depression and anxiety lately. I had a panic attack yesterday and the day before. It’s pretty much the same shit that everyone is going through, except that I moved from SoCal to WA just before the pandemic, so I’ve been extra lonely and isolated because I never got the chance to make friends before lockdowns (and of course I got laid off).
