I remember how everyone was so shocked when Wise picked Guinevere for jungle during MPL S10. I think it was the start of the rise of guinevere jungle.
For me, tank Guin starts being viable ever since Moonton give her that stackable passives that allowed her to still CC with ult even with no 2nd skill. I don't know if it's applied during MPL S10, but if it was, then it's surprising that tank Guin only starts getting popular now.
This vid along with Elgin's Hanzo video make me believe even more that these last several seasons were the most balanced META ever in MLBB. While there were several broken heroes before (Faramis, Joy, Martis, and many others), the differences between their power levels and the"forgotten" heroes aren't that high, so this is one of the better times to widen heroes' pool for everyone
Got used in mpl=meta
Not kinda surprised if anyone picks Guinevere jungle since she has decent mobility and burst damage (not to mention the cc). Maybe it became apparent just now because of the recent adjustments from past patches up to now.
Also gone are the days where jungle role are just exclusive to the assassins. Several heroes are now actually really good when using as core role like Akai and some fighters and mages.
My flex is i did it before Wise ( i dont watch eSports and dont know other youtubers and professional gamers )

Before the recent patch on Guinevere, TANK Guinevere was already a thing when Wise of Blacklist International first used it during MPL PH S10. But during that time, only few pro-players like Wise knew that Tank Guinevere is possible to use in rank games and tournaments. With the recent patch right now, looks like everyone is convinced that Guinevere can be used as a jungler with tank items.
Majority of Guinevere users simply refuses to build her with Defense items. Yes Tank Guin Jungle started with Wise, but she works well with certain matchups in the Exp Lane when built with Tank Items.
She's basically Chou but has more CC.
Yup it definitely would work as she has great CC and regen capabilities and she can also deter enemies away with her Skills 1 and 2.
10:25 Ideally, Guinevere should've go for the hybrid build, not full-Tank build. If the full tank variant played more than the hybrid build somehow, they'll nerf the base damage or buff the AP ratio to incentivize players to build some AP item instead of Full-Tank.

4) & 5) Conditional defense
6) Conditional late game

Ok so here are some suggestions . One is Clock + CE then full tank with tank emblem aswell .
If it's only 1 AP item, I'm aware she'll still get hit with a base damage nerf or AP ratio buff (Remember Tank Karina from a year ago?)
For me, tank Guin is the combination of Tankcelot and tank Karina. Her 2nd skill has a really long range that allow her to dive easily (similar to Lance's 1st skill) and then proceed to disrupt enemies' backlines by threatening them with ult (similar with tank Karina's playstyle).
As for viability, she's quite strong and pretty underrated like Hanzo, so if you're one of Guinevere's users, there's no better time than now to spam her in rank. She's also going to be better once the new emblem system arrived, since then she can use other emblem that has better stats WITHOUT LOSING the jungle emblem talent.
What about new lifesteal system.

What build is best for tank karina?
She is just what i think if uranus is made into hyper. Just pure annoyance😂. Not that i say uranus can be used as a hyper but the annoyance is there compared to tank karina and tankcelot. Backline just got zoned for no reason
@@ttschannel875 I mean, even with the lifesteal change you still want to buy CE just for that HP + spell vamp. It also has new passive similar with War Axe that pairs well with Guinevere, so i'd say the trades are still worth it

Imagine Wise uses Guin and Karl uses Lancelot in a game but then again 'imagine'
For me. I use hybrid build. Concentrated Energy, Cursed Helmet, Thunder Belt so that I can get both magic and physical defense and extra true damage at the same time. After that, I build Feather of Heaven. It is essential for Guin to have a decent attack speed so that you can always mark the enemies 3 times. When you reach late game, you can go 1v1 with any marksman. My last item is either Immortality or another magic defense item.
So far,she far more reliable than her usual Mage build,so kudos to Wise for introducing Guin tank build to everyone

As a Guinevere main, I highly recommend a cooldown build on Guinevere, that way there would be no cd for your 2nd skill at all and you'd be jumping here and there towards the enemies and at the same time escape easily.
For me, she's the 2nd most fun to play tank jungler after tankcelot

They're skills can all be dodged
Joy's skills can be dodged by just going to ur sides so that her second skill dash can't hit u and won't activate, her skill 1 is stationary too, her ult can be avoided by simply social distancing (Hj) but in a game not irl
Fredrinn's skill can be dodged or he can miss his skills the dash skill of Fred can easily be dodged and avoided because of such low range his ults damage can be dodged by flicker or any dash skill or if caught just move to the sides so that his ults damage is lowered

*PENETRATION* items exist too😊
Divine Glaive, Malefic Roar etc. Have Physical or magic Penetration
There are items that reduce defense too such as Genius wand
Passive- Each time an enemy is hit with magic dmg one stack of genius wand will activate each stack reduces magic defense by 3~8 depending on level

Since the update I build her hybrid in the exp lane with 2 damage items, that are genius wand as the first and magic cristal as tge fourth item, and it works quite well, and I think it works better than jungling because of flash that can make her combo very unexpected
Elgin is just lucky to have that kind of random team when playing solo that's why it is effective tho
I had a few matches with a friend that plays Guinevere as a jungle before this ajustment and I say it's good if there is a tank that pulls the enemies together (tigreal,atlas,Gato,etc)

First its my birthday elgin and ive been supporting you since 2020
After watching this video, I tried Tank Jungler Guinevere in classic gameplay. At first I lost because I forgot to change my emblem, but then I enjoyed it because I really like how she can sustain herself, taking the objectives in an ease, and perform so smoothly in the battlefield. As for Khufra, I may have him put in my personal ban list since I am a Guinevere main.
Anyway, I really enjoy the adjustments they made on Guinevere. Now I can deal damage while sustaining myself in the battlefield.
As for the items, both would do well, but the hybrid build in my opinion works well in EXP Lane and the tank items for Jungle.

I'm not sure if you actually know it, but you can cast your first skill after jumping on enemy before you press ultimate. So you can do more damage with the combo. Also at lane fase you can jump in, use first skill during it and then jump out.
You can also do 2nd-Basic-1st-Ult (Better if passive is active) to deal more dmg. But the success rate is low idk why
I've read somewhere that it doesn't work now but I haven't tried it I literally forgot on how to use her 😔
@@skyler_lee I used recently. It's still working for me. Maybe is just about practice. It happens to me about Selena, for example. Using abyssal arrow and casting trap right after. If I don't use her for a while I lose timing. The save with Xavier's 2-1 combo.

I hope moonton devs, will give this treatment on Silvanna since they're both mage/fighter they're both fun to play them as a sustain rather than a full damage build
Silvanna always has been a Tank or a hybrid Fighter/Tank due to her 2nd skill easily canceled. I almost never see anyone play full damage build Silvanna.

For maximum damage output on guin the combo is second first passive ult first and passive this only works on singular enemy and don't worry that the enemy will get away because the stacks will automatically make the enemy airborne

jungler tank guin is so underrated, the amount of dmg she can take and skill wasting with full build is act insane

Tank Guin is really good with a team comp that can abuse her long CC while banning Diggie/Faramis, BUT is meh in soloq. Take note that playing her tank in high elo means you'll depend on your team for that extra burst, since unlike the meta tanks that can deal %HP or short bursts (Balming, Akai, Fredrinn, Bane, Martis), she actually can't.
If you still want to dish enough dmg against good team comps, you can opt to build her Divine Glaive and Glowing/Genius/Winter, then the rest are tank items (Molten+Guardian for that speedy clear).
X.Borg buff
Optimizing some of X.Borg's skills to allow him survive better in the armorless state.
Passive adjustment : picking up firaga supply now restores 15% of the Armor's hp or 15 energy while in the armorless state.
Skill 1 Adjustment : New Effect : Each temperature gauge on an enemy hero slows them by 5% to a max of 25%.
Skill 2 Adjustment : Xborg now retrieves the fire stakes 0.2 sec faster.

It's so funny to see the enemy mage and hyper trying to burst me down but ending up dying themselves lmao.
Before using ult after you hit the jumb, press first spell and do basic attack.

For me, she's kinda boring to use with Tank Build. She deals little to no damage, and relies too much on her teammates. Everyone's just sugarcoating Moonton's adjustments when in fact, it is a nerf to many players.
And also, many people just say that she's weak against EXP Lane but in reality, she's quite viable if you know how to play her. Her real con is her squishyness, in which this adjustmnent did not solve any of her issues. Her damage is enough, but with this adjustment, her damage is lowered if you use magic items (If you don't believe me, calculate it and add the new base damage).
I’ve been using guini jungle for a long time , n i tried tank/roam too , ngl its very annoying for the enemy team , its viable when theres gud dmg dealer in team

I'm using Jungler Guin with Hybrid Build. Full damage for first 4 items including boots and then defense based on enemy.
Edit: she's the only hero I trust being a Jungler since I'm not really a jungler. Aside from Cyclops and Lunox

Ult will 1 - 2 shot squishies ,silvana a decent mid too , but not against Lenox, she have ezy escape 😮, and the ezy count for both is just purification spell :l, mino and tig has good syn but again purification but then again that's alot of cc from the 2
Fighting Guinevere with tank build was hell for me, its either die getting ambush or her getting away 🗿
Honestly, I like when I pick her because some burst down. I need discount emblem to make it fast get first item in lane or jungler. None of us choose feather of heaven from her, but I like this item because getting easier with stack combo with this ultimate. Since I already in title because my old item still good.

I use to roam with Guinevere a lot when i want to roam but didn't want to play support or tank, this new adjustment recently just made it so much better better ✌️😁
As for my playstyle, I use hybrid build with 2-3 magic items. Concentrated Energy and Divine Glaive/Genius Wand. I used ganking enemies alone so building this is better in my playstyle.

Her passive applies marks on enemy using her *Enhanced Basic Atk,First skill and second skill* 3 marks would automatically apply the knock up cc When using ult so with the
2-1-Enhanced basic atk-Ult the success rate would be relatively high yet again just watch out for cc skills

Yes you could but it is a bit hard to in the early game since she is still squishy in the early game even if you had tank emblem (you might want to go with tenacity talent tho)
she's my exp laner in some of my games, i only keep concentrated energy as her only magic item and the rest are tank items
i presonally enjoy play guin as an assasin or fighter sometimes i use a crit build but i can't use a tank build my teams are always aweful.
Makes sense to make her durable. She has the mobility that most tanks don't have and can easily set up for the marksman or jungler.
FINALLY Giving Tank Guinevere some recognition!
Personally, I like tank guin when i play solo because my teammates always play squishy heroes.

Guinevere is my main hero and I have been using her as a jungler since season 18. Recently, I have been using her as a tank but only as an option if they switched me and no one was able to use tank but yeah, it works and I can carry my team mates..
Try to use ur first kill and next ss when ur killing an enemy so u could deal more damage!
Guinevere is very complicated hero in my opinion,her role should be fighter/assasin or they should bring back her old role idk , she's suitable for jungler ,but for exp lane you can't play her only with magic damage items and you need some defense,and now Moneyton want her to be played with more defense,then just change her into support/ fighter idk
She didn't have the sustain to use her skill set before...and she's pretty simple hero tbh..I dunno how you think she's complicated.

tried this for roam guin..effective in such a way still one shot combo squishy heroes and not be affraid to jump in the middle of fight and miss, since she can sustain a lot of damage..😁👍

As a Guin main, wether or not I use tank build or Mage build, I feel like she is the type of hero to not back away😂😂. Also from my experience Khufra doesn’t affect my game so for me its not really a counter😅

I always build guin hybrid in exp lane.
The most disturbing thing for me watching this was you're on a tank build with no "Dominance Ice“ nor your teammates any anti lifesteal seeing that the enemies has high health and lifesteal, which may be fatal since you and your teammates are giving the enemies more resources to upgrade their champions to better counter every fight only a matter of time were they'll have team awareness that may lead to losing, still this was informing and satisfying to watch.
As a guinevere mains...I don't have problems facing cc heroes like khufra,ruby etc...but I hate facing anti CC heroes like wanwan,kagura,valir and mostly diggie
I personally think hybrid guin is better than pure tank Bcoz she does have good dmg and I generally take glowing wand / Ice queen wand for supporting team mates as she is not really dependent on her magic scaling.

i maximised hybrid power on jungle emblems for guinevere, dont have to be full tank. semi tank with sustainability is enough . cuirass is optional if they got strong physical attackers. i would buy radiant and athena if enemy got strong magic damages
Y'all forgetting she can still extend the cc duration of her ultimate without her 2nd skill and passive, she can rely it with her other teamates
