Nana:Noticeable and Reasonable depends on the players reflexes though 6. Zilong:Ultimate Aura has left the chat 7. Vexana:A bit reasonable but in the end heroes with high mobility can dodge it easily 8. I'm an Alice main I don't see any problems using starlight skin 9. What?? 10. Beatrix:I wonder who's ok changing weapons near the enemy 11. Julian is quite hard to predict which skills he will use depending on the enemy if they know Julian's Mechanics Therefore it wouldn't matter if you're using a skin that stands out all it matters is that you enjoy your skins that's all the only skin is on a disadvantage is probably Ling MWorld skin and Optimus Prime skin (Some Minecraft Player thinks I'm wrong and I don't have talent/no experience and I don't know how to use those heroes well now i got him lacking and he's wrong now telling me something about MPL and watch it well now look who's in the wrong)
Agree with Vale. Even without the skin effect, the ultimate is quite visible. However, for Nana, since her ulti is nerf, slower, it can still be dodged.
Also, with Julian's skin, the enhanced first skill is actually harder to notice during ganks because it just shows as claw marks. I'm not a JJK fan and I think non-collab skins actually look better but I got Julian's skin due to this advantage (and also the fact that he doesn't have any other skins except his crappy basic skin).
On the contrary, Julian’s flashy JJK skin actually makes him more frightening to face in ranked. His black wolf is harder to see than his regular blue glowy shuriken and the second bird dash is indistinguishable from an enhanced dash

Selena's arrow on her STUN skin looks like it's going sideways like a snake and I was always nervous to think whether it would hit the enemy or not that's why I bought her zodiac skin instead since I'm also a Gemini. Regardless, her STUN skin effects are a 10/10 to me.
Yeah Selena STUN skin is more Pay 2 win than lose because you can get used to that sideways movement, but opponents may have a hard time if they haven’t been up against Selena with that skin a lot
This game isn't hide and seek that you should've sneaky and invisible to win, what matters here is the skill, no matter how flashy and obvious the vfx are, as long as you have the skill, you can win. I saw many players using skins called "Pay to lose" but they still winning as they really know how to use the heroes very well. Just my opinion.

As someone who has alu lightborn, I'm sure I stand correct when I say that that skin gives us unimaginable courage and gives us an estimate of nearly 20℅ extra strength
Gusion and Zilong is actually not pay to lose Gusion: no need to be alarmed to the mark of ulti if your combo is mini second Zilong: you can always notice that he is using ult because of his speed
Its a plus minus, all those easily noticeable effect can also alert our public teammate on what to do to combo.. as they often missed out on the timing

Only thing I agree with is Aamon elite. Other than that it’s a no problem cause the extra effects is what we’re paying for. It’s pointless to point this out since most players already know how heroes’ skills and passive works for example everyone knows when Zilong and Alu is using their ult or not
It's not a nerf to heroes and it's just skill effects and doesn't affect the area control and it may seem smaller hit ox but no, Some skins just makes the hitbox look bigger for starters or smaller but it's really just skill effects and design and skins also makes me play better and represents my mood. Ex, as a Franco, I use master chef skin when I'm serious. I use bone crusher skin when I'm having a hard time. I use locomotive skin when I'm having a boring time and basic skin when I don't care.
Finally someone made a content about this. I thought I was the only one who noticed. In fact, Selena's arrow is easier to avoid in her S.T.U.N. skin and you can anticipate Vexana's skills in her Epic skin that it's much easier to dash away from them. I must also mention that some skins actually give heavier movements to the player using them. As an example, me as a Valir main: his Dragon Tamer and Legend skin moves heavier while his Phoenix Ikki skin moves lighter and quicker. So I prefer using the latter for serious Rank game.

Honestly for me, being flashy isn’t a problem at all. I thought the problems will be discussed is the animations are slower in some skins, or have smaller hitbox. Even though the skins are flashy, players will still caught off guard as long as timed properly (you know enemy used escape skills already, or they are busy targeting someone else). I think the primary use of aamon and lesley’s camoflouge is speed boost and not being able to be targeted, the transparency is secondary, so i don’t think it’s a big issue if red is more visible than blue, although for me it is still transparent enough.
As an old MOBA player, skill range, distance, in-game trigger effects is part of the strategy to counter an enemy or use 1 to your advantage. I understand the thought but the things mentioned are things new or casual players are not familiar to. Im speaking in general.
It's buff for me. Enemies are envious so they're distracted(demoralize). Also, enemies are blinded by the brightness/flashy skill. They don't know which button u pressed.

To be honest At gusion leaving a mark part Its true thats a disadvantage FOR SLOW HANDS PEOPLE We other gusion users are actually fast handed and would indeed finish gusions combo most of the time around 2 secs Unfortunately The enemy will be too late to react to us once we perform the combo
Thing is these are noticeable if you are particular looking for them and at them but in a complex situation persay a teamfight nobody going to notice aamon a little darker because either way he isn't visible on map and any aov skill used during the said teamfight is going get rid of his camouflage even if he is blending with the environment so i personally think if you are not very tired or mostly fresh you can simply notice these slightly different colour, effect etc very easily during a real games

As Vexana main who has Epic, S14, and Starlight Skin. here's my review Passive Epic: Too Noticeable -1 S14: Subtle +1 Starlight: Subtle +1 Skill 1 Epic: Too Noticeable -1 S14: Subtle +1 Starlight: Too Noticeable -1 Skill 2 Epic: Subtle +1 S14: Stuble +1 Starlight: Subtle +1 Ultimate Epic: Subtle +1 S14: Subtle +1 Starlight: Too Noticeable -1 In general it's like that. Overall S14 skin takes the lead and actually most reliable. But depending on the enemy's skin effect, I prefer to almost always use the Starlight Skin because it blends in well with the enemy's skill effect. And lately ive seen a lot of Starry and Blue Skin

Some of these skins that kazuki mentioned can be used against your opponents like bait or confusion What do i mean by confusion: in the early to mid game some skins of different heroes have similar effect visuals Where a hero's skill can be easily mistaken for another's skill. However in the late game this will not work as effectivity as the early to mid game as the enemy will get use to seeing the effects and can distinct which skill is which hero's One more thing to note is some skins can allow the skill of the hero **appear to be weaker** than the other skins but ofc this only works on some players.
I don't get the point at all. Those skins were meant to be flashy. It doesn't make any player lose their chances of winning just because of what you have stated about this or that. It all depends on how good the player is, with or without those skins applied on a hero. Take Aamon for example, yes the Elite skin made his camouflage turn red. Well, it's intended since the color theme of the skin is red too. It's still difficult for others to track him. Not unless if you're totally pro or playing MLBB a lot, having Aamon as your enemy would definitely make you aware of his camo (regardless of the skin he uses). Same applies on other heroes that you've mentioned. And to those who agree that "Yes", those skins made you lose or whatever - big lol to you. But if Moonton will release an ugly design of skin that cannot satisfy the players, you will say that it is a waste and is not a best suggestion to buy. Kimmy's Special Military Skin is pay to lose her skills are so small. Kimmy's dragonborn is pay to win because of the length of every bullet of her first skill
Most of the skins he mentions are misleading. For example in Alice skin. It doesn't really matter if you see the radius of the ult because it's also basically visible in her other skins.
I noticed this aamon skin problem ingame. Normally in team fight, you cant afford to notice aamon's camo but this guy with elite skin, we could easily see him always.
Here's my thoughts for anyone up for a read... The only real benefit of aamons camo is enemies drop him as target till he re-appears. No xp'd player will lose track of him its too dangerous. I more dislike the bright bread crumb trail he leaves in the jungle on his elite and sl skins (his sl skin is incredible anyway 😁). No heros based on stealth and camouflage should leave evidence of their direction 🤔 I agree 100% on Beatrix. I MUCH prefer her m4 skin and use it instead. Good enemies, esp tanks and heros that set or engage will keep track of your weapon swaps as good as you allow them, any way you can reduce its visibility is helpful. I wish on Nana's collector, the water dragon appeared on DAMAGE and not tick 2 of her ULT 🤷 Kazukis totally correct on Alice SL, I feel like I'm always working harder on her when I use that skin lol
for vexana i have no problem with its starlight skin in rank it does alert enemy but it also notify when and how long i can cast that ultimate, the main things it only comes to proficiency of usage just like "Betosky" say One Step Ahead Your Opponent
Franco legend skin is a pain 😭 Should've waited and bought another legend fr. For those who don't know it feels slower and the hook seems shorter(I've tried comparing with other skins and the legend skin)💔
One thing is if u reinstall the game while it's downloading rss and u start playing from 20-25% download u can see amon,nata and invisible roam users but if the download is done it gets normal.
I think gusion venom skin is a pay to get loose too …..It’s happened to me a lot when I mark the enemy with my dagger and the enemy is marked with blue orb like thing and enemies who have Athena shields have that effect too so I don’t go in on the enemy confused that they have Athena ….we can’t differentiate if they have Athena or not …because of the blue effect around them 😊

Thing is these are noticeable if you are particular looking for them and at them but in a complex situation persay a teamfight nobody going to notice aamon a little darker because either way he isn't visible on map and any aov skill used during the said teamfight is going get rid of his camouflage even if he is blending with the environment so i personally think if you are not very tired or mostly fresh you can simply notice these slightly different colour, effect etc very easily during a real games

But enemy view will always see red hit box right? Because enemy side will always see your hit color as red no matter the original color of the skill on your own view. I don’t really find these things a problem. If you’re good you’re good.
The only skin that poses a disadvantage is Johnson's Transformer skin. I don't see a problem with any other skin till date, and skill effects are supposed to be unique too. Nothing in this list hinders gameplay in glory too, let alone to 'nerf' a hero. Pointless video ._.

This is actually true as some skins can really make you lose because of how flashier and the indicator is very obvious, but some skins is just too flashy that it just blocks the screen like alucard ultimate where it just blocks the hero entirely.

In general it's like that. Overall S14 skin takes the lead and actually most reliable. But depending on the enemy's skin effect, I prefer to almost always use the Starlight Skin because it blends in well with the enemy's skill effect. And lately ive seen a lot of Starry and Blue Skin

Aside from Aamon and Vexana, i feel this is just nitpicking.
Some of these skins that kazuki mentioned can be used against your opponents like bait or confusion
What do i mean by confusion:
in the early to mid game some skins of different heroes have similar effect visuals
Where a hero's skill can be easily mistaken for another's skill.
However in the late game this will not work as effectivity as the early to mid game as the enemy will get use to seeing the effects and can distinct which skill is which hero's
One more thing to note is some skins can allow the skill of the hero **appear to be weaker** than the other skins but ofc this only works on some players.
Same with Rogers cyborg werewolf skin. His buff creates a really big circle and it starts blinking with this skin. Easy to spot him jungling
As a Luo Yi Main, im pretty sure even her Normal effects are the same, its still bright as her other skins and i like it

I don't get the point at all. Those skins were meant to be flashy. It doesn't make any player lose their chances of winning just because of what you have stated about this or that. It all depends on how good the player is, with or without those skins applied on a hero.
Take Aamon for example, yes the Elite skin made his camouflage turn red. Well, it's intended since the color theme of the skin is red too. It's still difficult for others to track him. Not unless if you're totally pro or playing MLBB a lot, having Aamon as your enemy would definitely make you aware of his camo (regardless of the skin he uses). Same applies on other heroes that you've mentioned.
And to those who agree that "Yes", those skins made you lose or whatever - big lol to you. Think about how you played the role before blaming the skin at fault lmao. Come on dude, brains.. Stop misleading viewers..

Most of the skins he mentions are misleading. For example in Alice skin. It doesn't really matter if you see the radius of the ult because it's also basically visible in her other skins.
I noticed this aamon skin problem ingame. Normally in team fight, you cant afford to notice aamon's camo but this guy with elite skin, we could easily see him always.
Here's my thoughts for anyone up for a read...
The only real benefit of aamons camo is enemies drop him as target till he re-appears. No xp'd player will lose track of him its too dangerous. I more dislike the bright bread crumb trail he leaves in the jungle on his elite and sl skins (his sl skin is incredible anyway 😁). No heros based on stealth and camouflage should leave evidence of their direction 🤔
I agree 100% on Beatrix. I MUCH prefer her m4 skin and use it instead. Good enemies, esp tanks and heros that set or engage will keep track of your weapon swaps as good as you allow them, any way you can reduce its visibility is helpful.
I wish on Nana's collector, the water dragon appeared on DAMAGE and not tick 2 of her ULT 🤷

for vexana i have no problem with its starlight skin in rank it does alert enemy but it also notify when and how long i can cast that ultimate, the main things it only comes to proficiency of usage just like "Betosky" say One Step Ahead Your Opponent
Just because it stands out dont mean is a disadvantage if your a good player you will notices them activating skills regardless of the skin

I think gusion venom skin is a pay to get loose too …..It’s happened to me a lot when I mark the enemy with my dagger and the enemy is marked with blue orb like thing and enemies who have Athena shields have that effect too so I don’t go in on the enemy confused that they have Athena ….we can’t differentiate if they have Athena or not …because of the blue effect around them 😊
