Yes you'll need Wi-Fi mate, you just enter Game Sync in-game and put your Pokemon 'to sleep' then you go to pokemon-gl[dot]com and play the mini-game to catch new pokemon. Then you use Game Sync again to wake your pokemon up, then you go to Entree Forest to catch the pokemon you chose on the website to catch in-game.

Because shedinja is just the old body of nincada , and shedinja is like alive and dead that's the reason why shedinja just have one HP
