ঘৰতে নিজে Blood Pressure কেনেকৈ জুখিব? How to use Digital BP monitoring machine in Assamese

In this video , Dr Washim Hoque (PT) will guide you through the step by step process of using a digital BP machine to measure your blood pressure at home .
STEPS :-
1. Sit straight with back support.
2. Keep feet flat on floor and legs uncrossed.
3. Place left arm on table , if there is a some issue with left arm then place right arm.
4. Arm should be at the level of the chest .
5. Palm should face upwards .
6. Place cuff on arm .
7. Place bottom of cuff above the bend of elbow .
8. Tighten cuff comfortably.
9. 2 fingers should fit snugly.
10. Press start button.
11. Wait for cuff to inflate.
12. You might feel slight pressure.
13. Wait for cuff to deflate.
14. Repeat procedure after 5 min .
15. Record both readings on note book.
16. Bring this record to your doctor.
