Hindi na iginisa ni Ma'am. Pero masarap pa din naman.
It's perfect na ganyan,too oily na ang pork lechon as long as good amount ng condiments it will be good the taste at savory na xa..this is how I cook left over as well
@@arleenrosalito9342, Indeed ganyan din ako mag paskiw.A bit of water generous amount of vinegar,then i will include the garlic,onions, black pepper and laurel leaves when i boil the leftover lechon.Then result is a less greasy dish ..

Hi. It's better if you saute the garlic and the onions because it will give much flavor if you do and don't mix after pouring vinegar because it will not be cooked, the acid taste will be so soury and strong.
