I’m in the impatiently waiting phase of diagnosing psoriasis or eczema (got into a derm quickly because of my medical history and how bad it’s gotten on my hands), but the SECOND I saw you had a new video I was just like I need to watch this. Even though my skincare is reduced to beyond minimal right now. There’s just something soothing about your videos.
Ikr! I was geniunely pleasantly suprised esp after feeling lacklustre about the first launches which I felt werent enough for me. This however, i've been using alot!
I would love to see a new chemical sunscreen video. I am so happy there are so many new mineral sunscreens for people who love them, but they are really irritating for me. Every one. I would love to hear an update on which chemical suncreens you like!
I hear you, my sensitive skin gets irritated with alot of high zinc sunscreens so I prefer asian/europpean chemical sunscreens. Will have another one up soon!
Was so happy to see a new video from you, Renee. Here's hoping you'll post more frequently and regularly. It's difficult for me to buy products without your recomondation haha, You look beautiful as always!
I get horrible reactions to mosquito bites, so i just bought the bug bite contraption. Plus, it's on sale for Amazon Prime Day! Thank you. No more welts 🤞😚
Hi Renee! So happy to see you again! I’m like you when it comes to mosquito bites. So I’m really intrigued by this device. I have tried some in the past but they were very gimmicky and did nothing at all.
And I ordered the merit glow oil, mascara and lip tint. I love their blushes. I live in Colorado and I’m always looking for products that provide a dewy finish along with hydration
Hi Renee 👋 Can you kindly recommend skincare products from Paula’s Choice? I’m looking for a full skincare routine and not sure where to start. Hoping to incorporate retinols anything anti aging. Appreciate your help on this! Thanks ❤️
Dear Renee, Firstly, I must express my heartfelt gratitude for the amazing advice you have provided on skincare. Your guidance has truly transformed my life! Thanks to you, I now understand what skincare is all about and how to take care of my skin properly. I want to let you know that I couldn't find the same level of knowledge and guidance from dermatologists as I did from you. Your expertise has made me trust you immensely, knowing that my skin health is thriving because of your recommendations. Now, coming to the burning question (pun intended) in my mind. As someone living in Qatar, where temperatures can reach a scorching 60 degrees Celsius, I find that many creams and sunscreens feel quite heavy on my acne-prone, oily skin. I can only imagine the confusion and overwhelm it causes for others as well, Could you please share your advice on what skincare products would be ideal for such extreme heat? I'm particularly concerned about finding lighter alternatives to heavy creams and sunscreens. Even eye creams can feel like an added burden. It's a nightmare for us acne-prone, oily folks! Thank you once again for everything, Renee. Your expertise is truly invaluable. With heartfelt appreciation,
The bug bite reaction sounds very similar to the hormonal cystic acne spots I get. Obviously from different causes but the inflammation is the same. Might that device be worth trying? I am at my wit’s end trying to do damage control with these spots in my 40s.
That device works by denaturalizing the proteins that the insect has injected and that are causing the skin to inflame in response to them. If the origin of the inflammation response is different, it won't work.
How do you compare the Rhodes Milk to Merit Glow Serum. I know that you've used both as an alternate to a moisturizer. You and I have almost identical skin profiles so it's always good to know. (Plus, I LOVE your Essence!)
Hello !! I have the glazing milk and was wondering should I apply this before or after my vitamin C in the morning? It seems a bit creamy also what about with my tretinoin at night would it go before or after? Thanks in Advance :):)
Thank you for your content! I love the avene eye cream. Does anyone have a recommendation for eye butter (for the day as versed has one with retinol) or eye creams with a buttery consistency? Thank you
I HATE the Avene eye retrinal eye cream. It's too thick and pilled immediately! On dry skin and moist skin. Even when I decided to use it on my hands. It's just as bad. Straight in the trash.
Have you tried the Beauty of Joseon retinal eye cream? I've been using the Avene retrinal eye cream for a couple of years but wondering if Beauty of Joseon is comparable
Yes I have, and IMO, not even comparable. I'm very picky with the formulas I use with notoriously unstable actives and Avene had the OG retinaldehyde formula and I can really tell the difference!
That Avene eye cream is SO good! Their parent company actually had the patent on retinaldehyde for years, so they truly are the OGs!
Hey!! And exactly, I don't mess around with my unstable actives and Avene knows what they're doing with retinal! 🧡
Oh! I was wondering why retinal was so much more common all of a sudden
Allie is killing it! Japanese sunscreen are soo good. Every time I go back there, I buy all new sunscreens 😊

Aw thank you! Ugh I'm sorry you're experiencing an outbreak, I've get eczema on my hands too. I just moisturize constantly.
Rhode? Wow I wouldn’t have expect that but I’m listening

That insect bite healer!!! Love you Renee!
Cutting up garlic and putting some of the “juice” on any insect bite helps as well :)
Thanks so much for recommending the mosquito device! My kid and I are highly allergic to mosquito bites.
Yes ore videos like this please! This one was so interesting, to the point, with all the information I would have loved to hear!
Thank you!

Would love to know your current am/pm routine:)))))
Will do!!
@@gothamista awesome sauce!!!!

Aaaand... One again, Renee had changed my life. Off to get the insect bite thing.

yes, I wouldn't use this on acne spots or even on my face. Also the heat would be very uncomfortable!
1min in, I'm already looking for a product and adding it to muy basket lol
Haha hope it's as much of a gamechanger for you as it's been for me!
@@gothamista thanks for your awesome tips as usual 🥰❤️

Maybe the Kiels Avocado one?

It is linked
ILIA
after 4-6 hrs on me (oily combo) & friend (dry & sensitive) started to get crumbly & shed. No thanks.
Great to see a new video Renee ❤ 👏
Where and how can you find the information on the products ?
Renee! I know you mentioned your uv mirror before. Could you please tell me what it is again?

HAILEY BEIBER HAS ENTERED THE CHAT
Haha! what can I say, my skin loves it.
I got the bite healer, and even 3 seconds is so painful I cannot keep it on. Has anyone else tried it and had the same experience?
Hi! Yes, it can be uncomfortable, it heats to 104 degrees but wont burn your skin - it's very intense but I can just handle the 3 secs!
What are your thoughts on Dr. Ceuricles kombucha essence?
She reviewd that years ago
Yes it's been a favourite for years! truly fabulous
Have you tried the SAIE products?
Yes absolutely love the aesthetic - favs are the sunvisor, brow gel and slip tint!
Rhode made it. Hehe
Haha I was pleasantly suprised by this after feeling the first launches were somewhat lacklustre!
💙💙💙
💯
Hooray! Lucky number 13 commenter. LOL
You'll always be special to me!
