Sir, you have helped me so much in getting my bearings with maps. I had practically given up on Tarkov, but I found new interest and watched your videos to get me an idea of how Customs works. I just so happened to start seriously playing again less than a week before the wipe. I still have a lot to learn but I greatly appreciate your tutorials and feel more confident that I won't get hopelessly lost in the next raid. Have a good one!
Im in tge same boat, I always loved woods as a concept but I always felt like it wasn't wide enough, now that they expanded it AND added a lot of good loot, its one of my favorites
Honestly man, woods was warming up to me last wipe around the end, with some sick night raids and such. Now, its my favorite map because of the expansion. So much loot and the pvp is so enjoyable. They really did a good job.

Found two pmc guys as a scav. One was looking at me and leaned. I leaned back thinking it was a scav. His buddy then popped out and dropped me a svd with a scope and mags. I couldn't believe it. We then made our way to factory gate. They killed scavs when necessary but I just kept my knife out and let them fight. Every time I'd pull my weapon they were watching me so I felt it'd be better to keep the knife out. They fed me along the way and gave me two quest items I needed as well. Best experience yet.
Every time i need to learn a new map for quests, first thing i do is check your guide on it. It really helps me to get started on new maps, otherwise i'm just running around like a chicken without a head :D Thank you very much for these guides!! Big help

(Something around 190 hrs played) Even the people I'd group with using the looking for group system shoot me in the head at the start of the match the majority of the time so I don't even do that anymore. I don't doubt what you're saying happens, it's just so rare I think
@@teaguejelinek4038 I think you’re just mean first lol I invite people quite often just for the fun of it when I’m not going in with much loot (maybe like 100-150k in gear) and we end up losing each other after a bit. Of course there are those times when it’s an immediate death match but you’ve just gotta be amicable and careful.

With how big it is now it is one of the safer maps once you get to know it! If you have trouble with fights it is really easy to disengage on this map, and there's so much loot to be had. It has easily become my go to map. If I feel like sniping I can go almost anywhere and just chill out with a good LOS on a high traffic area. If I feel like making money, I have my loot run down to a T (plus lots of scavs to kill on the way for XP and fun ;]) If I want some PvP I go to Lumber Yard and just get sniped in the head lolol
Very helpful, I crash coursed through the new woods, kicked some land mines and eventually found my way out, haven't been back, maybe I might go back now.
Ive just extracted twice in a row with my pmc granted ive not killed but 2 scavs between both runs ive been in a full sweat by the time I’ve extracted but nonetheless i extracted…this vid helped so much thank you 🙏
The only thing I’ve found near Marked in the Sunken Village was a SNEAKY CULTIST with a poisoned knife to my back. That was a fun sprint to Bridge, that poison is no joke.
hey Pestily, firstly i want to say thanks for the effort you put into these videos its been a big help for me as a new player learning woods, but if i can give you some valuable feedback from a new players point of view that watches your videos to learn these maps, i realize when you make these videos you try to cram in as much information as you can in as little time as possible which i guess is one way to make these videos and obviously your very successful with your method, BUT it would be nice especially for new players like me that are trying to learn the maps if you might be able to consider just slowing down a little bit like when you are moving through an area showing the loot crates you open them but then move on without searching or showing the loot inside, i know this is for you to save time but for new players learning it would be nice for us to see what is in the crates, honestly if it means the video is going to 5 mins longer because of this then thats ok man dont worry we are still going to watch the whole video even if its a little longer and at the end of the day that also means you get more watchtime on your videos which also helps you video with the yt algorithm, not only will it help us but it will help you too, also if you think about it how viewers learn and take in information, when the information is very fast and alot of info comming in thats alot to process and retain, i think new players are going to retain alot more of that infomation if you take just a little extra time and slow it down a little, i hope you take this feedback as me trying to give you valuable feedback from a new players point of view, apart from that the video's are very good and ive learnt alot even though ive had to pause and re watch sections to help retain the info i still appreciate the effort you put in to helping us learn, but yeah it would be nice for us to see whats in the crates, not every single crate but mainly ones that are going to have items we need to upgrade our hideouts and items we will need for tasks, for example on woods there is the yeagers hideout task where you have to find a letter at his camp, and the plane item for a task ect... it would be nice if you took a little extra time to show exactly where things like that spawn, anyway ive rambled on enough, cheers and thanks for the videos you gained another subscriber
FYI, just about an hour ago I had the Bridge extract bug out on me. As I started making my way to a new extract, I got in a fight with a scav and had a bleed, and I couldn't use any of my meds, my inventory was bugged out as well with the 3000 for the car extract still flashing in my gamma container.
Helpful as always. keep up the good work. 20 plus runs, and I still got lost a ton, mainly in the wooded areas. probably died to mines 5 times, 3 times to the snipers. let's see how it goes from now... ;) cheers mate!
shortly after the wipe a friend and I were heading for that usec camp for the quest, there was no map available at that time and when we just wanted to leave the area I hit one of these mines around the camp and it scared the shit out of me :D luckily you survive the first mine ;)
There is a shipping container full of dead bodies at the F.O.B. and in the back right corner of the container there is a table, I found a Vaseline and a golden star there in the same raid, worth checking out, often its overlooked

I've just bought Tarkov, been playing since the Wipe (ish). Just got to Prapors "Kill 15 Scavs on Woods" dropped into Woods, INSTANTLY got lost and killed, then Daddy Pestily comes in clutch with the map vid! Pray to the God of Tarkov and you shall receive
I cringed so hard when I remembered myself in my first run in the Woods. I got completely lost for half an hour and eventually died of hunger, having already a few good kills and being full of loot. Ughh is this game hardcore man XDD Thanks for the video!
The boat - near the boat "seat" - that connects to the sunken church and inside the church tower - at least 2 spawns - can also spawn rare(ish) stuff, at least horses and goldchains, personally found, have also been told of a roler but can't confirm. Think this wasn't specifically refered.

@@ravib8256 Yeah keep an eye out on the Scavs. Just today I rilled Rashala & he had nothing valuable on him (no Bitcoin or anything). It's not allways a guarantee.
One of the FOB watchtowers has 2x wooden boxes and the stacked containers have a stair leading up to them. The containers have iirc 5 ammo spawns (found a ton of snb, bs, bt, 7n1, 7n31, 762x39 bp, ap6.3 and many many re) as well as 3 weapon boxes. One of each size except the green big one.
Brand new to the game and I was feeling overwhelmed these guides are beyond helpful to me great video maybe not the most exciting content but I feel confident enough to try something other scav runs. Running around lost and having minimal map knowledge has cost me some decent loot, hope to make up for it with a lil luck from gods :). TYVM for your time and game knowledge.
In the Foward Operating Base there is a long container, which has a medspawn in the end. I believe you can find ledx there. I found Grizzlys and Ophthalmoscopes there. So basicly same loot as in Ledx spawns. Would be nice if some of you check the spot and see if you find any :).

I agree. The expansion took away the small area where everybody had to go through at some point in the raid, that makes it much more fun to play

There’s weapon crates in the towers of the compound too, as well as a weapon crate in the container above the front entrance

15:56 If you follow the plastic pallets to the left you will often find Usec trooper plate carrier. Snagged about 4 today
Also found 2 times a White Lab Key Card while looting a scav (not a player) on Woods. Also people underestimate the value of Sugar right now lol

@@ravib8256 Yeah keep an eye out on the Scavs. Just today I rilled Rashala & he had nothing valuable on him (no Bitcoin or anything). It's not allways a guarantee.

One of the FOB watchtowers has 2x wooden boxes and the stacked containers have a stair leading up to them. The containers have iirc 5 ammo spawns (found a ton of snb, bs, bt, 7n1, 7n31, 762x39 bp, ap6.3 and many many re) as well as 3 weapon boxes. One of each size except the green big one.
worth noting if your reputation with fence is low it costs more to extract

You don’t need to be next to the car for the whole countdown. Wait till about 7 seconds from the timer end and run to the car

In the FOB the long white container with bodies. There is a table at the end - it has some med spawn I found ophthalmoscope there.
Brand new to the game and I was feeling overwhelmed these guides are beyond helpful to me great video maybe not the most exciting content but I feel confident enough to try something other scav runs. Running around lost and having minimal map knowledge has cost me some decent loot, hope to make up for it with a lil luck from gods :). TYVM for your time and game knowledge.
In the Foward Operating Base there is a long container, which has a medspawn in the end. I believe you can find ledx there. I found Grizzlys and Ophthalmoscopes there. So basicly same loot as in Ledx spawns. Would be nice if some of you check the spot and see if you find any :).

if u drop some1 money, ithey will get bugged usually. this was a bug in last wipe too. have to use your own money.
