Thanks for watching!
I gave up on my adaptive headlights. I replaced the front ones twice in one year and yes if there is a failure your headlights go down as to not blind other motorists. What Audi forgot was that you need to see when you drive and you actually can't. Ultimately I pulled the fuse to stop the annoying warming sound and manually raised the headlights. Yes you can still raise the headlights with a screwdriver on an Audi - amazing.
Thanks for the added tip
Can you explain how to do this step by step? Like which screw and stuff
Is there any adjustments needed with that level sensor or is the adjustment done on the back pf the head lights?
//Thanx
This is a ton of help, thanks fellas!!
Happy to help! Thanks for watching
Excellent video. Just noticed my 2015 ALLROAD lights are shining down. I'll have to check my rear sensor first(my car has a shroud under the front protecting it). I'm really hoping the snow it holding it up. My 2009 avant had the same issue - I guess they go bad after a while(140k). Thanks for the info 👍

Great video
Thank you for watching our auto repair video that shows you how to repair the headlight level on an Audi Quattro.
Do the headlights on this car move left and right also or just up and down? Thanks
I believe just up and down.
Great video! What tools did you use?
It should be stated in the video any tools that we are using during this auto repair.
Is it one for each side or one for both headlights?
Both headlights.
@@HomeOwnerRepair thanks! Then I’ll probably need a new headlight because my right headlight is dipped down the other one is working as it should
I didn’t know Thomas Jefferson worked on Audis.
