Something I probably shouldve added in the video but didnt is that since most of the stats can be found on a lot of gear but things like True Damage and Add movespeed can only be found on select pieces you really want to prioritize getting those stats on said select pieces. (For example, with this you dont want to get Vigor and Strength on your lightfoot boots even though both of those stats are good because youre not going to be able to get the add move speed anywhere else. Same goes for True Damage rolls, you really want to get those if you can afford it on both rings, Cloak, Necklace and Gloves (True Phys) or Helmet (True Magic). Then once youve got those stats covered then you transition to the other good stats, True damage and add movespeed are really the only main ones that work like that :D
Also, Had a few people ask about PDR Fighter stats so heres what Id recommend! These are in no particular order except for ones that say priority. Ideally you want to shoot for as high of PDR as possible with a healthy mix of HP since 5 HP is way more effective on someone with 60% PDR than someone with 20%.
1.) Add Move Speed - (Priority) (personally I think on lightfoot boots but plate boots are much cheaper and tankier)
2.) Armor Rating
3.) Vigor
4.) Strength
5.) Physical Damage Reduction
6.) True Physical Damage (Priority)
7.) Max Health
I noticed you didnt put dex as a good rnadom modifeir for ranger, would say that becasue you should already be running it so you wouldnt want taking a modifeir slot or is it your opinion dex isnt as valuable on as those other stats on ranger.
@@mozlemboi4690 I honestly think Dex would be a fine stat to go in the list, you probably can get a good amount of it from base stats on gear though for sure. It’s definitely not more important than getting a really high movespeed in solos at least though :)

This was the hardest video Ive ever decided to create and took me a lot longer than I expected to compile all of the information and put it into a format that I found to be informative and engaging at the same time. Love to see people explaining stats so new people will understand what they want on the class they play. Also a good thing to keep in mind that action speed will scale different on different weapons

I like that variation of the build too, during multiclassing I was actually playing a 70% PDR bard build in leather armor (I wasn’t using the demon armor plate perk from warlock) with Perseverance and sprint. I was pretty much unkillable 😂 I mainly liked it because I had sprint but I don’t think it’s a bad build rn either but if you are like overly slow you can become easy prey for good warlocks and wizards so I’ve been enjoying the high move speed build recently. It’s a bit less forgiving but pretty much gives you the ability to outplay everyone if you use your survival bow and debuff songs really effectively :)

Generally speaking, True Phys on Barbarian is an expensive waste of an attribute slot. You swing so slowly that you do not get value out of it. Shoot for maximum possible Action Speed, and if needed get Physical Power. Flat damage is a waste of money on Barbarian.
That’s definitely a good point and I agree, I think add weapon damage is still good since it scales so well off the high strength but yeah you’re doing so much damage by default that it probably is better to get attack speed or tank stats etc. I swear Barb so good you don’t even need to build damage 😂

Yep, even while filling in the gaps of my knowledge I was running into issues with the wiki so hopefully people can reference this if the wiki isnt working for them! Also the wiki doesnt provide a thorough breakdown of a number of the random modifiers in the most obvious way :D

nice visuals for the items, a drop shadow goes a long way can highlight all the images on the timeline and then drag a simple drop shadow. will help with separation especially when you have a grey background and grey items can make it hard to see. amazing job on the vid tho

It should be mentioned, while True DMG ignores all reductions because its at the end of the equation it doesnt gain any benefit from damage percent bonuses so that 1 true will always do 1 damage no matter what.
Good point yeah I covered the fact that it ignores armor and doesnt get affected by any multipliers such as headshot or limb damage but I didnt directly point out that it doesnt scale with physical power for example on True phys which is something I probably should have added.
@@VinisKitchen22i’ve known it only does +1 now, but like is it even worth it for the price? why not just get more str health or phys power
@@UrSisterIsMine for certain classes I think this isnt a bad idea necessarily such as Barbarian, fighter, cleric (essentially the classes that attack slow or have really high damage by default) but on classes like rogue, ranger (with surv bow), bard, warlock, wizzy and druid which all attack pretty fast and are more of a death by a thousand cuts type of deal then true damage is still incredibly effective.
Great video! Do you also have information about a more healing build for cleric? In trio's for example?
Yeppers, for Trios youll probably want to drop the strength and true phys damage for a good amount of magical healing and knowledge since youll probably want to run 10 spell cleric in trios and the magical healing is needed for trying to play front to back fights with a big beefy frontline and magical healing and will are going to be pretty high priority in those scenarios :)

New to the game and still learning mechanics - I'm playing Bard on a free account so that's what I'm currently stuck with, and I've noticed that it's difficult to fill my songs out without going for knowledge gear. I generally need somewhere around 20-25 if I want to use a full complement of songs, which really kills me on other stats. Am I approaching it wrong?
Hey brotha, glad to hear you are part of the bard brigade! I’ll be back at my PC in about 15 minutes or so and I’ll reply to this comment again and give you the secret tech for solos :)
For the build I run you only need 14 total song capacity and you’ll be able to slot everything you need which will cost 19 song capacity but the short of it is you get an extra 2 song capacity in game when you cast rousing rhythms since it gives you +2 all (including knowledge) and then you want to slot your Lute songs last so it will seem like you don’t have enough knowledge for them BUT if you get a green lute it gives you +3 knowledge while you’re holding it in your hands so that gives you an extra 3 song capacity at that time which will unlock those lute songs you need for solos which should be Aria of Alacrity and Lament of Languor.
Like I said though I’ll be back at my PC soon and I’ll give you a list of the exact songs you want and the order to slot them into your song wheels and the best order to cast your buffs as well which will line up with the placement of them in the wheels :)
kk back at my PC - For solos try using these exact songs and slotting them in the order I explain, itll make sense at the end.
On your right or left song wheel (Whichever one you like for buffs) start with Rousing rythms at the top, then Clockwise from there (to the right) slot Beats of alacrity, Ballad of Courage, Harmonic Shield and then leave the last slot open for now.
Now go to your other song wheel and slot shriek of weakness, I like to put it on the top right slot. Then slot accelerando or allegro on the same wheel, I like to do top left and now finally slot lament of langour on the same wheel I like the top middle slot. Now you go back to the other song wheel and place Aria of Alacrity in the top left slot.
When you look at your song wheels now it should say that you are at 19/14 song capacity and you will be unable to cast allegro, Lament of languor and Aria of alacrity but as I briefly mentioned in my last comment youll be getting an extra +2 from your rousing rythms which will put you to 16 song cap and unlock allegro, then you just need to get a green rarity or above lute for the +3 knowledge which will unlock both lament and aria of alacrity while youve got it in your hands. So you can play all of these songs with base knowledge :D with this setup I literally build 0 extra knowledge for solos. You can also swap some stuff around a little bit if you want to take the lockpick song.
Im going to be streaming in about a half hour or so and you can feel free to stop by and ask any questions or follow ups you might have and ill also be releasing a bard guide tomorrow that will cover all of this stuff in detail with examples!

4k is budget? yeeesh, i'm new to the game but that sounds like soo much to me xD
Mmmm its all based on perspective at the end of the day :) realistically I would just say 4k is budget for the quality of the kit for sure though.
But! I am already cooking up a video on how to consistently make anywhere from 5-600 gold every run in Normal goblin caves without needing to do any bosses its at least 3-5 days out from here though, I did release a video a few days ago though where I showed a game that I made 2000 Gold in a single match of Normal Goblin caves ruclips.net/video/i9kqSKs3gME/видео.html and assuming you learn how to do troll from this other video I posted one day before that ruclips.net/video/-PDBHsXFijM/видео.html Then you can get up to 4k gold really quickly with zero upfront risk or investment :D

Was wondering though with Vigor being rated so high over Max health, doesn't vigor give you 0.75 health per point of vigor? Does that mean that Max Health rolls are basically always more valuable than Vigor?
On certain items you can get up to 6 max health and only 2 vigor and I think on those items you should go for max health, chest piece and legs as an example.
On stuff like helmets though it’s a good idea to go for vigor since you can still get 2 vigor but only 3 max health as the max rolls :)
I like the list on rouge but I would like to add dexterity, I think it is underrated on rouge can def help especially because u need to stab people a million times
Yeah that’s true, I decided not to include it since they have a fair bit of base dexterity and usually get some extra via base stats of gear although not always so it might’ve been a good idea to include it
Ok this vid was instructive fr, only thing remaining is, did poisoned weapons (rogue perk) scale with true magic damage or only additional magic ?
Only additional magic damage :)
Additional damage applies to indirect sources of damage such as add phys applying to rupture, add magic applying to poisoned weapon etc. Where as True damage typically only applies to direct sources of damage such as smacking someone with your weapon or hitting them with a spell. However, there are some exceptions to this where true damage does apply to indirect sources of damage I THINK but there are very few and I dont know which ones they are exactly.

I know pdr fighter got nerfed when they nerfed sprint but could you maybe add a comment about what stats to aim for on them? I play slayer too but pdr makes me a little less nervous against misplays and getting punished
Yeah I feel the same way about PDR Fighter, its also really nice right now because a lot of people are so eager to fight and PDR Figther does really good in head to head melee fights! Im going to make a fresh comment at the top so itll be easier to see for other players as well :)

And yeah its all gonna come down to perspective at the end of the day, I would say that its definitely budget for the quality of the kit though since precisely picking your stats on the right items is going to give you more power per 1000 gold you spend "More bang for your buck" so to speak.
Also once you get through a wipe or two itll start to feel like budget as well! I was running a 120 thousand gold kit at the end of last wipe, which was like 5x my previously most expensive kit and it definitely put things into a different persepective haha 😂

What about building kit for Warlock? and why +8 magic healing?
the +8 Magical healing is to scale your torture mastery perk and from my testing (Ive done a lot since I mained warlock) +8 is the soft minimum for the build to feel good, you want 8 or more but not more than like 14 from my testing

I dont think Rogues have too much of an agility priority tbh, they are already insanely fast as is and have a lot of other weaknesses that need to be resolved via stats first IMO, as long as you get some add move speed lightfoots and arent wearing heavy leather stuff youre probably good to go
Spell Casting Time = (Base Casting Time)/(1 + Spell Casting Speed) so 50% spell casting speed would make a 1 second spell take .67 seconds to cast, not .5
You can pretty much never stop learning new things about this game and this is just another example, I never knew thats how the formula worked lmao 😂 Seems like such a crazy way for them to decide to do it but Im not too surprised.

Yeah I couldve probably added it for both of those classes but rogues especially do get a lot of their dex as base stats from items (wanderer attire, Brave Hunter's etc.).

Yeah that was definitely an oversight! I think at the time I was recording most people were still unsure of how useful the Agility and Strength scalings on the shapeshift forms was going to be, but currently yes I would definitely include Agility if you are going for a Panther build, its very strong :D

DeBuff duration Bonus has to be that curses as warlock stick on enemies for longer or other debuffs? thats what i understand when i read it haha cant be it decreases time on debuffs on yourself when its a Duration bonus xD 🤔
It sounds weird but it is actually for making debuffs on yourself last a shorter amount of time, trust me haha. I always thought the same thing as you until I researched it and did some testing but it definitely shortens debuffs on you and doesnt increase the duration of debuffs you apply to other players :)
A good example of this is on Warlock your Dark reflection "Cooldown" is actually just a debuff, and if you have a really high debuff duration bonus you can reduce the "cooldown" by a significant amount. 90% Debuff duration bonus = 90% shorter cooldown on Dark reflection.

Yeah that maybe shouldve replaced Physical power but it was supposed to be a list of random modifiers and Rangers do get a lot of dex on their base item types so idk for solos I think the list will definitely still give new players a good idea :)

For which section? Also the only thing Im aware of where Magical damage increases your healing is for Life Drain on Warlocks

Each character can be played in other ways and you're teaching this to new players but you're giving them some advanced ways to build a character like a slayer fighter yeah it's good for skilled experienced players but could easily get them killed if they just mindlessly push and then die and then they rage and no more new players yayyy
I agree that the classes can be played in different ways, the builds I chose are just what I feel like are either the best or good starting points for solo players. However, the second part of your statement just sounds like youre trying to correlate someones decision to "mindlessly push" and then subsequently raging to my video which I never advocated for mindlessly pushing or anything of the sort in the video so I dont really see how its related. Although, if its a new player that follows the stat guide when they build their character they will probably have a MUCH better chance of winning fights by mindlessly pushing than a new player that does the same but has no semblance of what stats are good vs bad for their class.
Also I wouldnt agree that Slayer Fighter is advanced, there are two clearly lined out builds for fighter amidst the perks if you read them all once. One clearly focuses on wearing leather armor and dual wielding hence the Slayer Perk and the other clearly focuses on wearing heavier plate armor and being tanky, I would actually argue that the heavier armor tanky version is almost certainly the harder one to be good at in solos as well, due to needing to have a solid understanding of the map, game as a whole and your matchups into other classes to avoid not just getting kited for eternity.
