- On. my last food post from Maryland I dive deep into some Soul Food Italian Sausage and Crab Cake. We were up near Baltimore to check out some Soul Food and then we drove down to Annapolis to hang out with some RUclipsrs and to try some local crab cake from a street vendor.

Matt, you should do a series on finding the BEST mac&cheese. I. HAVE. NEVER. HAD. THE. HOLY GRAIL. Everything is nasty to meh to okay to pretty good. The best! I can't tell you where to get it. Eggs don't make it better. Or 50 kinds of cheese. Or 50 pounds of chees. Or breadcrumbs. BALANCE makes good, presentation makes it better, but who makes it best? You tell me.
