lol mine is NOT spraying! It’s honestly so frustrating, it’s brand new, not working, the DTG machine we bought from you guys is also giving us problems
Good Morning Jessiele. Sorry you're having trouble with the PTM - definitely email support@coldesi.com this morning so they can walk you through a fix.
Got mine yesterday, set it up, the nozzle wouldn't budge, so it just sprayed continuously until I hit the RED emergency stop button. It doesn't work as it should. Tech support has helped me take off top of the machine, to then wiggle three wires behind the adjustment nob, it worked for 3 shirts, I then adjusted the nob for shirt 4 and it stopped moving again - Frustrating! We'll see how fast ColDesi fixes this, can't run a shop with issues like this day 1, and to wait around for a replacement is just not effective either. We'll see how it goes. Also, the 3 times it worked, I noticed a very uneven spray, where it was like 3 sections got enough and in between those three sections was barely enough spray to be effective. Frustrated with this supposedly good machine so far. Will update as I move along if I can get ours to work or a new one. Day 1.
Morning Jared! Sorry for the trouble on this - it looks like you are working with Heath and last contact was 4PM yesterdays - just keep using support and we'll get you through it
@@ColDesiColman Thanks! Got it fixed. It seems to be an issue that's not unique to our machine. It needed the loose red wire on the back of the nob to be re-soldered. now it works as it should. Here's to my tinkering with a soldering iron when I was 12!
Hello, how many button presses for t-shirts and sweatshirts/hoodies? We have a 2:1 mix and our prints aren't looking the best. Currently we're doing 1 press for t shirts and 2 presses for hoodies..
received mine 2 days ago. What a overpriced piece of junk! First 2 of the 3 clear windows were broken. Second, As soon as I pulled the drawer out the silver bracket with the ball bearings fell out (ball bearings everywhere) It worked for 1 shirt. 20 ruined shirts later it doesn't lay down enough pretreatment. I have been using the Supplied Wagner Power Spray gun that came with my machine. Have not had a single issue with that. $79 versus $5,000. On that note if Col Desi is so confident in their machine then why send a Wagner spray gun?? I am glad they did just not at the cost of $5,000 for it because the Pre treatment machine is horrible. At this point I will send it back, of course they will make me pay for shipping and a %30 restocking fee. This machine should have never left their shop! I will update if any of these issues gets fixed.
Update. PTM Machine has been sitting for months. Rust. Broken pump. Bad nozzles. Uneven sprays. This machine is an overpriced piece of equipment that needs to be redesigned entirely with rust and consistent functionality in mind.
