Your videos are a great help , I've been struggling to get to grips with the gtx and you've covered all the issues I've had _ especially regarding pretreatment and curing. Thank you so much!
Hey brother excellent video... Let ask you this, I was at a show in NJ where Brother had a demonstration, the sales manager did a demonstration of the quality of the machine, at the expo they got me a package for the the GTX pro, I was asking him the difference between the Pro an Pro B and he told me the only difference is the size of the ink recipients... He said they do they same maintenance cycles and else, that only I have to clean the nozzles just once a week and keep the machine on all the time. What do you think,,? Do you will buy again the GTX pro or will go will Epson F2100, I am deciding between the GTX pro and the Epson. What you will get? Thanks again... I just subscribed to your channel.
@@amedionteo thanks brother, I am a RUclipsr too, I noticed you stop doing videos please keep doing it you are a very good RUclipsr, GOD bless you!!! I will go for the GTX Pro
tips for you. after pretreatment. Brush to even it. put it a side and leave it to dry for 3-5mins before u heat press it to dry completely So it wont look whitish on black tee..
what could be the reason that after the pressing of the pretreatment we have a visible contour on the tshirt outside where we pressed, it doesn't disepear, only after washing it's gone.
You could solve your background black problem by using something like photoshop initially and dropping out the background black, therefore there would be NO color. so your printer wouldn't lay down black because you will never be able to match each garment perfectly. look into some of screen printers methods for preparation of digital images they will show you how to drop out the background colors.
Love thing you’re sharing, bro. What do you thing about the printing quality if we done pretreatment in batch a week in advance before printing, then we just simple do heatpress right before printing?
Hi Teo, great video! I have one question tho: after you printed the color onto your shirt, do you use teflon paper between the heat stamp and the shirt or not? i always use some paper but thats because i learned it that way - what would you recommend? greetings Simon
@@amedionteo Thanks for quick response and yeah you're right! I#m using Kraft Paper, just didnt know how to spell it .. but thanks for your advide, i'm gonna get some white teflon too to try it out!
@@amedionteo Thanks for answering. I am from Argentina. Last night we were champions of America! 🎉 I'm asking you why you aren't uploading more videos? He says in the video, he's using AI = Adobe Illustrator. But because he just exports to PNG afterward, you can use any image editor. For the example image in this video, because it is raster, I would've just used Photoshop and removed the black background altogether.
I would like to ask you about pre-treatment if possible. What kind of pretreatment do you use? And do you also use it for white clothes.. thank you for your cooperation
We use OneTextiles pretreatment. Printing on white tee depends on your client whether they can accept dull colors at cheaper price or they want quality. If quality then u have to add pretreatment and white ink. Print like the usual colored tee settings. :)
@@amedionteo Do you use the same type of pre-treatment for colored and white clothes? I searched for one textiles pretreatment and did not find it on the net. Where is it sold?
@@zaidabbas4034 yes most of the time so no need to keep so many variations. We provide our customer to pick white tee with CMYK or WHITE INK.. OneTextiles is our own brand selling in Malaysia and Singapore only. :)

Oh I just print using the default setting. Don't have to adjust anything. Just tick the color multiple pass will do. The rest is just the pretreatment.

Are you a Master...Excuse me, what is the configuration to print white base and then colors on top?
Not a master. Just share my knowledge.
What temperatures would I use if 50/50 or more then 70 percent
Depends on the fabric dye quality. Heat 20s check if theres dye migration.
Thanks Men!!! Another great video!
Question; ¿You recommend Firebird pretratament?
Never use before so i cant comment. Sorry.
what could be the reason that after the pressing of the pretreatment we have a visible contour on the tshirt outside where we pressed, it doesn't disepear, only after washing it's gone.
Could be the steam. What teflon are u using?

Abit lacking thought if compare to printing right away but how much i cant tell. Yes you need to pre-press before printing.
Did you perform any of the 25k, 50k, 75k or take 100k maintenance on the GTX pro?
Yeap

Yes we do alot. Just insert silicon mat or cardboard that will do.
What shoes do you recommend for DTG printing?
do you wash the pretreat out with hot or cold water?
Thank you for this helpful tip!
My cube pretreat does not form a fine mist like yours does. Why would that be?
Clean the nozzle if still cant then change it

Hi. We are the dealer in Malaysia. You will need to check whos the dealer for your region.
What happens if my prints look like they have some dots on it?
It means your pretreatment is not even or your fabric has polyester so it couldn't hold the pretreatment well.
