Very well explained, I have one question related to example of anchor what if other person always shout at you? Even for a small mistake he abuses you, you don’t know anything how can you change your feeling or your frequency?

Sir I have a quest if health is not good n ok hw can we create positive emotions 🤔🤔 biggest problem is that if it is possible by seeing present health sit thn our health is going perfect with positive emotions
