80% of Americans are deficient in magnesium and the only blood test that will give you a good range is the Magnesium RBC. You’ll need more than a topical spray or lotion to raise levels. Personally I take 400 mg/day. You must space it out throughout the day to optimize absorption. Raising magnesium will also support your vitamin D levels
I make my own deodorant. And it works❤ 1/3 cup of coconut oil 1/3 cup of baking soda 1/3 cup of cornstarch 10-15 drops of lavender essential oil Mix it all together and it’s done……if you find the coconut oil is too hard because winter, or your house is cold, just soften it in the microwave or the breadproofer in your oven. If it gets hard from sitting in your washroom or dressing room from winter, and mine does, I just soften it with a blow dryer for a minute or two. Good luck and may the force be with you.❤
The best sanitizing cleaner is vinegar and hydrogen peroxide, but not mixed together, it forms a corrosive acid. Do one after the other, order doesn’t matter, BUT, Don’t put the peroxide into a spray bottle. The reason the bottles are brown is because the peroxide has to not be exposed to light, put it in a spray bottle and you’ll just have really expensive water 😅
My favorite all natural deodorant is HUMBLE. I originally found it at a small boutique in my area. They do have a website and I have seen it on Amazon. Most brands I have tried do not work well for me.
Under Armed. Secnts are limited but it WORKS. It is a white base. There is also mineral deoderands. I do not have personal experiance with mineral deoderants tho. Have been intersted tho.

It helps so much with chronic pain, palpitations, and constipation. Very important for muscle relaxation.

I use Crystal…it’s a mineral deodorant stk. no aluminum…a bit expensive but last forever ..
