Ugh, hate when people call stuff like this curly hair. It's with a wand or an iron. and as someone with natural curls it's super hard to find updos and tutorials that actually work. It's still super gorgeous and hopefully it does actually work for natural curls too
You can tell she actually does have currly hair naturally but doesn't know how to take care of it and instead of wetting it down to male to freshen her curls again they used a iron. There are different types amd looseness of curls you have to find what works for your hair. I can do this with out an iron amd it will still look great. I bet you could to .
It does. I have used this with many brides, bridesmaids, and prom. I always ask that they wash the day of and use mousse or gel and let the hair dry naturally with minimal touching to prevent frizz. Or I have them come in with it wet apply oils and a curl styling product I like, put under the dryer on low and then it creates nice curls with very little frizz. I also will touch up any unruly curls with a wand a out the same size as their natural curls.
Super easy updo for naturally curly hair! I used this tutorial for an event recently and was so pleased with how easy it was!
I did use a wand to touch up and define a few pieces on top (my curls were already 3 days old and looking kind of flat and frizzy).
But I didn’t touch the bottom part of my hair of my hair at all. Just rolled it up and pinned! Most comfortable updo I think I’ve ever had, and my curls still looked great after taking it down.
She doesn’t even have curls, she has a slight wave.
It's so frustrating when they call this "curly" hair. Using heat to make your hair into curls doesn't make it exhibit the same behavior as naturally curly hair.

Hey there’s a thing called the curly girl method (girl is just a title, doesn’t matter what gender hair lol) that really helps with frizz and poof. It is a bit complicated but it really does help
I'm 62, my extremely curly thick hair is thinning in places, straight frizz instead of curl in other places. Very dry hair, so I have to use coconut oil or lusters pink oil spray before using any heat appliance. I'm curious about that spiral wand thingy...that's the kind of curls I used to have all over naturally. That might help with those straight frizzy places!

I have curly hair and I'm looking for something quick and easy. I don't put heat on my hair.
Bonus! If you're already curly you wont need to add any heat just pick a style once its done use a little hair polish to define the ends of some of your curls. ❤️

All of your models are devastatingly beautiful! I hit every branch of the ugly tree when I was born. The midwife slapped my mother. 😂🤦🏻♀️🙈 I love this style so much, my hair has a natural kink in it, but it’s very fine and I can’t seem to hide the baldy spots if I want an updo... I have the corkscrew curler and love the effect of those curls, I love the bounce they have. I just usually do a half up half down or a pony. I don’t know what else to do with it, I just can’t hide the baldy spots!
And AGAIN I HAVE TO SAY.. STOP USING THE WORD TEXTURE ! its SO over used and thrown in just to make what you are saying sound MORE interesting. Wth is wrong with these so called hair stylists. They discovered a word and throw it in ALL THE TIME..

Cute yes. Easy - uhhhh I don’t think so. Super easy? Definitely not. Super easy is anyone can do especially beginners and this is not it. I can’t even curl my hair. Lol I get all tangled up in the iron. My hair is burning. I’m panicking. Ya it’s fun. Lol I knew of this by watching a video where someone tries to make the hairstyle but gives up and does a different look. My only judgement is the title. The rest is good.

Why don't you have more darker skinned people and people from different origins in your vids. A lot of us are from different countries and different ethnicities and we don't suit most of the hairstyles that get made for people with european bone structure. Just a suggestion, I'm not trying to be offensive at all and I hope you find this to be constructive.
