I used this tutorial for a wedding this past weekend, and I can’t believe how easy it was! It took me 10 minutes to do, and I got SO many compliments on how good my hair looked! Someone even told me I looked like I walked out of a Jane Austin movie. I can’t recommend this enough to anyone with curly hair!
great tutorial! thank you for sharing. I used it for a wedding last week-I almost had a meltdown trying to do my hair before I found this lol. It came out great too!
this is great! THANK YOU for the curly hair representation. I'm attending a wedding next week and I was getting tired of seeing hairstyle after hairstyle that only seem to work for straight-haired women. could you post more videos like these please? maybe a half up/half down style?
Really nice tutorial! BTW I'm a wedding stylist and not all of us are uneducated on styling naturally curly hair. Natural curls are my favorite hair texture to work with.
In hunting for tutorials for a wedding tomorrow. It's Friday and I washed my hair last Friday. My straight haired friend was like why?? And I had to explain that it looks better and feels more like me the longer I wear it, plus works better. The most I've done is wet it a little.
Thank you! My curly hair gets curlier the more washes I leave it alone but I always give up and straighten at some point bc it seems tangled, coarse. This style would be the perfect solution to needing a pretty style a few days after a wash!
I totally feel what you said at the beginning. 😅 I’m getting married this fall and I’m not even bothering with a hair stylist because all but one member of my bridal party has curly hair! So I’m just not bothering! I figure we can figure it out ourselves.
Thank you! Struggling to find a stylist who can do my daughters coily hair for homecoming. I have watched soooooo many videos and ordered sooooo many tools and products to give it a go for HOCO.
Thankyou so much for putting this video how to do your hair look so easy to do definitely going to try it as I’m going to my son wedding and didn’t have a clue how to do my curly hair the way you have done I looks beautiful I will let you know how it goes thankyou again 😊
Not true. I'm a wedding stylist and naturally curly hair is actually easier to work with. I absolutely love it when they want to embrace their natural curls.
My girl sent me this after a hair trial gone wrong for my wedding. Almost had a a panic meltdown. I hope I can pull something like this off as the bride and look amazing. Wish me luck lol
I love your highlights. They're so fun! Thank you for bringing up the hairspray. All these years I thought it was just me that ran from it like the plague. It's evil.
I loved this video :) an girl oh boy before I found my hairstylist it was rough. I remember going into a salon and asking them how much it would cost for a haircut. Just the way the woman was looking at my hair, with like a scared or concerned look. I just said thank you and left lol I love love love love my hairdresser.
I love this. My hair has extra long layers so I am not able to get this look unless I get a shorter haircut and ask my hair stylist for long layers instead of extra long layers.
You are so clever!!! Beautiful updo!! I use hairspray everyday on my curls because I was a teen in the 80s. 😂😂 I’ve got a question for you.......I love your hair!! How do you keep your hair so fluffy all day long without hairspray???????????
Well done! I saw the notification go up that you'd be going live for this and got super excited. I'd love to see this become a series. I am not very good at putting my hair up. Prior to going curly, I quit the pony tail. I can braid SUPER well. LOL! I need more safe and secure ways to put up my hair. As a fellow thick haired curly, do you know my pain? Like the headache? The scalp tenderness? I work out in a buff a lot and that helps me avoid the pain of a high pony/bun. Is there a such thing as a functional updo?
I love a good silk scrunchie! I found someone locally on Etsy but am curious about the one you're using. I clicked the link and it didn't work. Same with the link for the dry shampoo. I definitely want to find a good one!
🤎these. Really 🤎 that you are maintaining the curl/pattern while making definite styles. Showing how to control all that beauty in each curl & still being able to do something other than a high pony or down. !BobbyPin tricks to get those shorter layers in were great! 🤎Curlie 2 Curlie ...🤍much love🖤.Great Post.

I'm going to start practicing for my 10/12 wedding. I had a trial blow out and it was too flat for me, so trying to embrace the curls
I've tried thos and its sooo cute!!
Stylist trying to learn curls! ☺️
I thought I was alone in this fight. Grateful for your help! 🥰
Extremely helpful. Thank you.
What’s the lip color you have?
Always put bobby pins and decorative pieces pointing down so they don't slip out
Did you say ”bui” around 15:32? 🇧🇸
Where has this video been all my life
I am so doing this for a wedding I am going to this weekend. Thanks for sharing. On a side note, can I ask what lipstick you are wearing?

🤎Curlie 2 Curlie ...🤍much love🖤.Great Post.
Does this style work on looser curls? 2b - 2c?
Hm.. but I suffer from overly oily hair…should I still skip the wash? Cause my hair gets weighed down by oils pretty fast. Dry shampoo maybe?
Love it beautiful
I live in Miami, Kinky Curly Custard is not good in humidity.
Love it
Do not open the bobby pin, just stick it in like a little needle, maybe twist a bit while pushing, and it wont come out at all.
They cut off all my hair😢
Yeah…they usually straighten mine then style it….
As a professional stylist, no we're not shocked by textures. That's the benefit of using a professional. Lol
That might be for you, but that’s been my experience with any professional stylist for any event.
@@Frizzandfrillzz Unfortunate
@@theashlimonroe4709 I've had stylists make a disguisted face at my hair. I've had stylists RIP through my hair.
More than the half of the video isn't talking about what the video is supposed to be about
