    You have truly taught me how to paint my nails correctly. I'm still relatively new to your channel, though I watch so many of your videos I feel like an honorary OG. My nails look beautiful today in Bodice Goddess. I could learn "everything" I need to know and I'd still come back to watch more. Thank you, thank you, thank you! 💜

    hello Anna! i am waiting for the mail truck to deliver my second order of Dazzle Dry any minute now! i received my first order earlier this month and fell in love with the convenience and durability of DD. i have never, EVER had success with traditional nail polish at home, and would always wake up to sheet marks and disappointment no matter what techniques or products i used (and i have tried them all!). although i still love wearing artificial extensions and enhancements, i became obsessed your channel earlier this year when my nails were damaged, and they have recovered so beautifully by following your simple advice!
    i am a busy single mom with ADHD and just do not have a lifestyle that allows me to sit around for hours waiting for polish to dry. i thought gel polish was my only option for indestructible, dent-proof nails, but Dazzle Dry has been such a game-changer! i love being able to have beautiful natural nails during my down-time between enhancements, or for circumstances where enhancements simply aren’t practical or appropriate.
    thank you so much for sharing your wisdom and artistry with us! hope you are enjoying the holidays! ♥️✨

    I just wanted to thank you. I've been using techniques you teach in your videos and my hands and nails are so much healthier. I also ordered some Kerasal based on your recommendation, can't wait to try that.

    Thank you so much for this video! I love watching you work. I am torn between purchasing Dazzle Dry or Manucurist Green Flash. Dazzle Dry looks more convenient in application but GF seems so easy to remove. I want something that is long lasting but has that shinier gel look. I know DD has the “transform” ridge filler that would help the ridges in my thumbs, but I don’t know if I can use something similar under GF? I would absolutely love to get your opinion on which would be better for me!!

      Hello Isabela, good news! I don't recommend e-file for personal use. If you follow my simple nail care routine, you absolutely do not need e-file.
      My needs at the salon are different from what you need for personal use.

    Hi, love your channel. I'm a bit confused, I'd always heard that when filing the nail you should not go back and forth but rather only file in one direction, however, in this video, and many other's videos that I have seen, go back and forth. Is the "one way only" a myth? Thanks

    • @TheSalonLife
      @TheSalonLife  Год назад +1

      Hi Vivian! It’s a myth. People are under the impression that the “fibres” of the nails run up and down vertically but they don’t.
      I have q link (description box at the bottom) to a short explanation by Doug Schoon an expert in the area of keratin.
      I have to make a video about it too. :))

    Do all your client's like there nails this short or only some? Mine aren't good atm 😔 thinking I might file them short as I can stand and start again.

    • @TheSalonLife
      @TheSalonLife  Год назад +1

      Most of my clients have short nails. I guess I’m known for this. My clients seem relieved that I don’t try to talk them into tips or “crazy” colors and I don’t think they are boring for liking natural looking manicures.
