@@ehfrankie5136 I can't believe we have the same favorite scene like when I first that scene I got very scared but now that I'm older seeing that scene again I feels its hilarious
I was 5 years old when I first saw the first Child's Play and it scared me to death, so much so when I saw him on robot chicken it still scared me. And the scene that scared me the most and still sticks to me to this day is when Andy is at the hospital and looks out the window only to see Chucky coming for him in the distance which I do believe is where that started my fear of seeing things in the distance coming for you, but around 7 or 8 I began to love Chucky and now a big fan for life.
I wasn't born in the 80s, i was born in the 2000s. My dad showed me the scene were he came alive i was 8 and i fell in love with horror movies. Childs play was the first horror movie i ever seen.
Its amazing that the first film still holds up very well especially the effects on the Chucky doll (And It also has a very intense scene where Chucky gets burned during the third act of the film)
Oh man now that you mentioned tha lakeshore strangler part I enjoy tha yo-yo strangle at tha start of child’s play 3 lol “nothing like a strangulation to get tha circulation going” so awesome lol
*Whoever did the original film is a genius. The voodoo aspect, the story, The horror/scare factor, the character & almost everything was perfect. They just dont make great movies anymore it seems.*
Saw the original Childs play wen I was literally 4 years old scared the living shit outa me tbh this was my first horror film I’ve had ever seen dont get me wrong I’m 23 now and it’s one of my favorite movie series of all time I still look over my shoulder time after time goosebumps up tha ass
I was in junior high when the original Child's Play came out. We waited until it became available on VHS and found a copy at the video rental. For me, the best part of the entire movie was when Andy's mother discovers Chucky is alive. From the moment the batteries fall out of the box, to Chucky's head swinging around when she checks the battery compartment. The doll's eyes seemed to match the "Hi, I'm Chucky! Wanna play?" Also, I liked the end when Chucky's decapitated head said, "Hi, I'm Chucky! Wanna plaaaay" as it reverted from Brad Dourif's voice back to a child's.voice.
The first Chucky movie I saw was Child’s Play 2. My grandmother, of all people, had me watching it. I was more or less scarred for life and didn’t watch the first child’s play until I was well into my 20’s haha. Now that I’m over this fear it’s one of my favorite movies!

It's such a great movie and my favorite part would have to be, hands down, when we first see Chucky come to life in Karen's hands. Just awesome! I have seen the first 3 Child's Play movies so many times that I can quote the entire movie lol. Look forward to your next review. Thx Chris
Child's Play was the first R rated horror movie I ever saw I loved it and i always remember and loved the ending theme music I'm very thankful for this movie one of the best
I was actually born in 1988 but didn't watch Chucky until I was around 8 to nine years old and was scared out of my mind until I got older and realized I wasn't scared anymore. The one thing that terrified me the most besides the kills was the way Chucky would say his signature spell to try and take over Andy's body. The beginning of the spell was the most that stayed with me in my nightmares for years.
Chucky getting his little kneecap blown off n him flying is my favorite part and him saying “what’s wrong? Gun jammed?” and he screams and runs at Karen
I first saw the movie last Christmas, and I thought it was a great horror classic. I love the story, concept, acting, suspense, the music (esp. the opening and end credits themes) and its dark tone. My favorite scenes are when Karen tries to wake Chucky up, and the climax. Now for least favorite, the scene involving Andy's shoes. To me, it was confusing because Mike said he already checked Andy's shoes, but then he checks them again, and Karen said that Andy didn't know how the footprints got on the counter, but he never said anything about it. Honestly, it kinda ruined the mystery, and I think it could've been left out. But overall, it was a great start to this franchise, and I'm excited for the remake. I'll give it a 9/10. P.S. I saw this movie on RUclips because I don't own it on DVD and Netflix doesn't have it.

This was the single horror movie that had the most impact on me as a child, seen this at 8 years old. This scared me for months after and had to sleep with my head under the blanket LOL.

I first saw it when I was 6. the scene that always stuck to me was when chucky was talking to the voodoo dude. cause he seemed so lfielike and realistic to my eyes , and from the point on hes shown walking around and interacting more in the movie. so it initiated my hatred and fear for dolls.
I saw this movie at 13 and I Loved it. I think my favourite detail of the film which I wish they included in the other Child's Play sequels is that over time, the Doll's skin becomes more human like the longer Chucky stays in the doll. I think it gave made Chucky a bit creepier as the movie went on, especially towards the end. Love the channel man!
My first time see #Childplay was on VHS that my parent brought and I was six year old and the scenes that scary me was the car scenes that chucky is hide and then start attack the man in there. And I will have crazy ass nightmare about chucky since then. But I'm #Chuckyfan I can't stop watching #Childplay and other movies collection of #Chucky after grown up love the movies of #Chucky. My favorite #Chucky movie's are all the Child play 1,2,3
My favorite moment in the original Child’s Play movie was at the end when he died his slowly turned back to the doll’s voice giving a cool scary element.
I was 7 when I first tried to watch it, it was too scary so my mom had to hide it from me, then I would always try to watch it and the same thing would happen, I'd be too scared and she would hide it. This played out until I was about 10 when I finally was brave enough to watch it. I love this movie, and you nailed this review.. The scene when chuck reveals himself to Karen 👏🏿 brilliant.
i was 7 when i watched it. i was born in 2010 so i wasn't around when it came out but personally, as a 10yr old i think it's an amazing franchise. I watched every movie and i just finished ep 5 of the chucky series. Honestly, one of my favorite kills is when the worker got killed with the machine and got replaced with doll eyes. I think that one was the most creative one's in the franchise. I love the backstory and i love everything about it. Best franchise I've ever watched!
It was actually seed of Chucky being so funny that got me into the child’s play series. So I bought the whole collection on dvd. Watching you review it and talk about how good it is only adds to such a great idea.
I was 13 when I first watched this, I spent the first 12 years of my life being scared of just about every movie (I mean shit Robots scared me when I was little) so Child’s Play was one of the first horror movies I’d ever seen. My favorite scene is towards the beginning when Mike Norris sees Andy’s PJs and asks him what’s he’s got on his feet and Andy says “My Good Guy PJ sneakers” bc that shit cracks me up
Andy was so cute and especially with him stumbling around and accidentally bumping into things. He’s just absolutely adorable, and the movie was really good to anyone who hasn’t seen it you should definitely watch it the only movie that will disappoint you in the whole series is seed of chucky.
Since I was 6-7 years old. I wasn’t even born when the first Three movies came out (CP1, CP 2, CP 3 ). But I remember watching these movies many times on TV. Big Fan since then..
This was the first chucky movie I saw and I was 5. This scared the living hell out of me. Even though I was terrified of the doll, I always watched the movies knowing that I was going to have nightmares. I didn’t stop being scared of chucky until I was around 13. I just love the whole franchise. I never get tired of watching the movies. I can’t wait for the tv series, the reboot, and the Fan made film coming out this year.
I remember my friends and I whispering about that movie on the playground. Some of us had seen glimpses of the movie or had been told the synopsis by our older siblings. I remember being told all about the babysitter murder scene, I had chills! When I finally saw the movie years later, It just lived up to my expectations. I will always have a soft spot for Chucky.
Born in 81, saw it when i was like 8 or 9 on VHS at friends house..... to this day its the only movie that truly terrified me!!!! Gave me nightmares for many months
Childs play will forever be one of my favorite slashers ever i remeber me and my siblings watching it all the time when i was like 5 it was the first slasher i ever saw
This film was terrifying when I first saw it. That scene where Karen drops Chucky and he rolls under the couch.. SCARY. Good effects for the time and some really scary moments in this one.
I think this is the second to best one in the chapters because this is the most serious , creative , Great with the robotics and gave chucky more then his creation but this is the scariest he been or it’s just me.
My gateway drug into horror. And why Chucky is my favorite horror villain of all time ❤️ I was 7 or 8 and unlike most kids my age, I loved the movie immediately. At 21, I completed my dream of owning a Chucky doll (Tiffany too) and my roommates were terrified 😂 honestly the greatest horror series made
When I watched it for the first time, I was 11. Its been a whole year since I have seen all the movies. And I'm so pumped for the Child's Play remake and the Tv Show.
I was introduced to the Child's Play movies when I was a girl in elementary school by my older sister because she grew up with them. I did enjoy them while watching it with my older sister and older brother but when night came, they would tease me that Chucky will get me at night whenever I was the one to go turn off the light.
Can't wait for you to review the other movies in the Chucky franchise! I recently found you on RUclips, and have been catching up on your videos. Definitely one of my faves.
0:47 I went to this location last Summer as I was working in the Chicago area. Very cool and active neighborhood during the night. Unfortunately, I didn’t go into the apartment building due to timing. The exterior did look exactly the same to this day. I also visited the location of the toys store that night. That place is totally different now. There are a lot of film locations in Chicago I’d recommended visiting. This one was one of my favorites. Love the channel btw. I don’t normally comment but I do give out those likes. Keep up the good work!
since then i concurred my fear and grew to love the Chucky franchise! Like Andy I oddly find myself attached to this doll that use to haunt me as a kid. Friends to the end right?! And even to this day once a week I have a reoccurring dream of Chucky...
I thought this was a film review for the 2019 film! Also, I was probably 5 when I first saw Child’s Play my god, it scared me up until I was 14. After getting all 7 films for Christmas I instantly fell in love with the series
It's crazy, I was around 5 years old when I first saw Chucky, the first one I saw was childs play 2. That was the scariest movie I saw in my life! It traumatized me for sooo many years, until I was around 14! 😩 When I finally got over my fear and watched the entire childs play series, Chucky quickly became one of my favorite slashers of all times! I'm so excited for the new one to come out in June! Please keep making chucky videos, and thanks for always keeping us updated! 👌🏽👍🏼
I was 7 yrs old when I first saw childs play. I was visiting my aunt in Michigan and me and her snuck to see it in the theater..and the scene that was my favorite was when Andy's mom brought the doll home and started to discover that chucky is alive..and when his head turned and said hi I'm Chucky wanna play..
I just noticed something in the new trailer for child’s play. People keep debating on what Chucky’s voice will be like, but maybe the voice constantly chanting “Best Friend” is his voice. (Just a though)
I first watched this movie when I was about 5 or 6, we were visiting my grandma(who lives with my uncle and his wife) and as soon as we walked in, my uncle ran up, grabbed me and ran off into his room. Then he pressed play and it was either child's play 2 or 1 but i was SCARED. Then about a year later on halloween, my dad turned on the TV and childs play 2 was on and I enjoyed it. And I watched the first one a couple years later and just fell in love with it and I wanted to watch them all. Couple years I was on youtube when I stumble across a youtuber called 3C Films talking about a childs play reboot, and I just waited and waited for new vids and here we are.
Love this channel!! But yea I loved the classic 1988 film, there was such a dark vibe throughout the film. I think my favorite part about the 1988 film was the conflict between Andy and everyone else, claiming your doll is killing people and nobody really believing your story is quite terrifying, I’d imagine it would be a real helpless feeling and especially when your 5 years old or however old Andy was in the film. What a great film all around, can’t wait for the new one!!
True masterpiece I was so terrified watching this movie as a kid and wen I see the movie now as an adult I can see why I was so scared truly creepy doll
I had doll called Corky who looked just like Chucky when I was a kid. One day, I was watching TV & the trailer for Child’s Play came on. I was 8 years old. Wouldn’t go near Corky after that lol. Look up the Corky doll. Plus I found out the kid who voiced the ‘friendly’ Chucky, voiced Corky. Creepy, right? I loved all these movies but the ‘friendly’ voice got worse as the series went on. Especially went the series simply became the ‘Chucky’ series. “Seed” was my least favorite, but I still watch it from time to time. FYI: Chris Sarandon (Mike Norris) will be at a ComicCon in my area in November. Hoping to meet him. Alex Vincent will be at another one in my area. Catherine Hicks & Chris Sarandon need to come back into the series. I agree. Love your channel...and all your toys lol. Keep up the good work, man!
When I was little I thought Chucky was just a doll that got a mind of its own. As if it could happen to any doll. But now that the remake is bringing that to life. OH NO.
The first movie has to be one of my favourites in the series. I recently got the 7 movie set on blu-ray and can not wait to rewatch these movies. Childs play had so much going with Andy, Karen and the story itself. I completely agree with you about wanting to have karen go on in the movies to follow and always hated that we never saw her again and worst of all that we learned she was put under psychiatric observation when Andy was put into fostercare. Would have loved to see their relationship after the first movie however I really do love the second movie and can't wait for your review on that! Childs play was the first one I watched as a kid and probably one of the first horror movies I ever saw and I remember it scarring the crap out of me. Great movie!
I remember going on a date to see childs play without doing my full research i left the theater freaked & obsessed with Chucky the scariest scene to me is when Aunt Maggie was sitti ng on the. Couch & saw Chucky run past out the corner of her eye that by far was the creepiest apt ive ever seen in my life ... This is the best Childs Play ever & made Chucky iconic i wonder whatever happened to the girl i went to see this with in 88 never heard from her again and she was cute NappyBirthday Brad Dourif

I first saw it when I was 6. the scene that always stuck to me was when chucky was talking to the voodoo dude. cause he seemed so lfielike and realistic to my eyes , and from the point on hes shown walking around and interacting more in the movie. so it initiated my hatred and fear for dolls.
Yeah and the fact that it was the 80’s he just acts so life like, Thanks for the support
Man I love this movie I’m 18 now I saw child’s play when I was 5 on tv child’s play was my frist horror movie ever I’m a big chucky fan
first time i ever watched child’s play was when i was three years old and i loved it ever since
I saw this movie at 13 and I Loved it.
My favorite scene is towards the beginning when Mike Norris sees Andy’s PJs and asks him what’s he’s got on his feet and Andy says “My Good Guy PJ sneakers” bc that shit cracks me up
Who had this in there recommended and decided to watch and reliazed you needed to subscribe cuz how good he is
Damn that means a lot to me, Thanks for the support
How do you make everything so damn entertaining???
Damn that means a whole lot to me, Thanks for the support
The opening when aunt Maggie is falling it looks like she’s dabbing
I used to be terrified of chucky, but after actually watching it, it's now one of my favorite movie franchises!
"How old were you when it came out?"
Me: "I wasn't even born yet"
☺😊
Me I was 5 when it came out
Andy was so cute and especially with him stumbling around and accidentally bumping into things.
I never get tired of them either!
Thanks for the support
I watched it when I was 6 years old in 1994 and it terrified me for a long time. I still love that franchise so much.
And well my favorite chucky movie is part2 it doesnt wait for people to realize chucky is alive it gets right into the action
My personal favorite 2!
Thanks for the support
@@3CFilmsno problem
This film was terrifying when I first saw it. That scene where Karen drops Chucky and he rolls under the couch.. SCARY. Good effects for the time and some really scary moments in this one.
I think this is the second to best one in the chapters because this is the most serious , creative , Great with the robotics and gave chucky more then his creation but this is the scariest he been or it’s just me.
My gateway drug into horror. And why Chucky is my favorite horror villain of all time ❤️ I was 7 or 8 and unlike most kids my age, I loved the movie immediately. At 21, I completed my dream of owning a Chucky doll (Tiffany too) and my roommates were terrified 😂 honestly the greatest horror series made
I loved Catherine Hicks too, was so upset they cut her from the story...
They didn't cut her off. She didn't want to be in the sequel. Even if she showed up in Child's play 2, she would've had a small role
When I watched it for the first time, I was 11. Its been a whole year since I have seen all the movies. And I'm so pumped for the Child's Play remake and the Tv Show.

Love it👍🏻
Love it. Thank you for your videos
The first original Child's Play will always be the best one & it was filmed in my hometown of Chicago 😁
I saw the first child’s play when I was 11. LOVED IT!
Thanks 3C I love your videos and I really RESPECT ya , LIKE 👍
I respect you right back, Thanks for the support
since then i concurred my fear and grew to love the Chucky franchise!
I wish I saw the new one already!!
Thanks for the support
Chucky was my killer icon, before I found the the master piece screen. But now all these years later...I still love him the most 🔥🔥❤️
It's crazy, I was around 5 years old when I first saw Chucky, the first one I saw was childs play 2. 👌🏽👍🏼
Wow 5!? Well I’m glad you like the movies and my videos, I appreciate the support!
Yes!! Been waiting for any kind of chucky video 😜 keep them coming!
I was scared of chucky until i was 10 (2 years ago) and i watched the original and now im obsessed 😄😄😄
Thank you 3c films you made me remember of my childhood favorite movie
It all comes full circle.. happy to have you here bud! Thanks for the support
Bro you totally called the plot for the show towards the end of this video
I’m so glad I am subscribed. Your awesome and deserve so many more subs
The first time I saw the original Child's Play movie from 1988 was in the year 1997 I was 5 years old it was the first horror movie I ever watched or at least it's the first one I remember ever watching and it gave me nightmares but I refuse to quit watching it and to this day I still love it is my absolute favorite Chucky movie of all the child's play franchise
