I think minor is michael akerfeldt. Sounded a lot like deliverance solo. I think mixolydian is marty friedman. And i think diminished is paul gilbert. Chromatic is the easiest, Kerry king. Phrygian sounded like the solo from internal conflicts from coroner. Though its probably not the one you emulated. Finally, mixolydian b6 is PetrucciSmith ("best of times" solo). Harmonic minor is Malmsteen. Blues is Adrian Smith?
