You popped up on my home page as well! I've watched a few of your videos while listing my own items and find them very soothing and relatable. thanks for sharing and please Keep it up!! Cheers brotha!
See I'm with you. I don't cross list specifically. What I do is sell certain items on certain platforms. I feel that just cross posting is a waste of valuable time that could be used for research, listing, etc.
One of those problems we solve with three eBay stores because when you have a return or something goes bad it definitely affects your sells on one store, they turn your store off or at least hide a lot of listings
@ProfitFirstReseller you are the exception not the rule, jRide says the same thing, but the rest of us out here if you read comments on other channels have completely different experiences... some of that has to do with the category you sell in, like eBay accepts a certain percentage of returns for clothing electronics that kind of thing but if you sell in certain categories you get returns or defects it will affect your sales most people with large stores can see that
@@greendoorinvestments Like everything to do with "the algorithm" talked on RUclips or the forums it is just people thinking coincidences are facts. i assume by "large stores" saying these things you mean Boring and his followers? It is all nonsense like everything he says. Unless of course you go below the high threshold compared to peers on returns. Which means you are a garbage seller in most cases.
I don’t find that it increases the sales value enough for these guitars to justify keeping the box. The buyers of these guitars for me are typically players using them for something like clone hero, not collectors, so they don’t really value the box. I can then ship all these guitars in my typical shipping boxes that leads to a more repeatable process and gives me the best shipping prices with the most optimal boxes I’ve found for shipping these guitars in bulk.
@@ProfitFirstReseller - That's surprising. Thanks for the reply. My instinct would be that the guitar in original packaging would sell both for more and faster. I can understand the repeatability of the shipping process part though. That's why I have focused almost exclusively on selling clothes.
I'm 100% certain that you have 0 idea of what you're talking about. This guy is being more than generous. To say 90% of eBay is cross-listed from Amazon is foolish at best. But I gotta say, to go onto a man's YT video, spout nonsense and then insult him in the same breath, all while being completely wrong.... That takes... Something.

@@mrxquisite yes 100%! Even for me there are a very small number of items I’ll sell on other platforms but still over 99% just ends up being eBay.

@@greendoorinvestments I’ve never had that experience. I get a couple of dozen returns every month. No noticeable dip in sales.

At about 4:30, you take a Guitar Hero guitar out of the original packaging and throw the package away. Why?

90% of ebay is crosslistings from AZ. So, your theory is BS.
