The guy is obviously to unable to shift even with a CAE shifter. Also look how he shifts without pressing the clutch when they're at Fahrbach.

Have you driven a FWD Turbo car? 1/2 gear pulls you'll for sure spin, which will regardless make you bounce off constantly.

I'm so happy Larry has his own show now. After finding Hoonigan and loving Larry's enthusiasm for photography (DTT248 is the episode that really did it for me), I decided to buy a camera and I've been shooting every car event I could go to in the Tri-State since. Managed to eventually get a media pass from the boys at Club Loose and I've been shooting every event there so far. I've met so many cool people and it's been such a positive experience in every way. Thanks for the inspiration.

The predecessor to that Megane Hatch, the R26.R lapped in the low 8minutes, in stock form. Although the Nordschliefe is a power track, it shows what can be done with relatively low power figures (around 260hp @ crank) and that it's not just about having a big number dyno queen.
They both look so happy lol. Larry and Vin work well together

During winter there is everything from grassroots Ice-drifting to Rally to the possibilites to look at some pretty epic ongoing builds and garages.

What a cool series! Can't wait for season 2! The obvious place to go is Japan, but I feel like this series is a good way to show off car culture in different countries/continents. As a Dane I feel like I have to go to germany a lot more in the summer, but it'll have to wait until my Mk2 Jetta is finished in some years time. In the meanwhile, I'll love to see more from this series!

Alot of people in the UK take the engines and gearboxes out of those Meganes and put them in Mk3 Clio RS's, which is the Meganes little brother - smaller and lighter. Awesome cars

Sometimes the TÜV is straight-up nonsense.
For example, Japanese wheels often come with "JWL" certification.
That has higher standards than the German TÜV, but since the Japanese don't test salt-resistance the certification is worthless here.
And you can't just do that one test, you'd have to do the whole certification which costs a few thousand Euros and is DESTRUCTIVE.

It helps to understand why Euro-spec cars are set up SO differently. Apparently, Italy is one of the most repressive auto environments for mods (you WILL be pulled over and inspected for a loud exhaust) and therefore must be spec’ed with all mods from the factory. We Americans find things to complain about way too much; if we had to deal with the restrictions Europeans have to deal with to just GET a license, much less the expense of owning and driving a vehicle (not to mention fuel costing over $6/gallon in UK). No wonder public transit is actually taken seriously in Europe...
