Full bathroom renovation comes to to and as this is the final part of the complete renovation, and the hand over to the customer.
The last bits get done from lights to screens and the wipe down at the end.

Look great, bet the tiler loved doing that! For me you just need a black waste cover on the shower tray, a black overflow ring in the basin and a black toilet roll holder for the final little touch, oh and a door stopper 😀 not sure on the nickle tap personally with everything else being black I feel a black tap would of been a better option, but it is the customers choice end of day. Well done.

They are in the dry area of the shower for exactly that reason buddy… slide the door open, turn the shower and get in when it’s hot….

Enjoyed watching this after doing my ensuite earlier this year! Only thing is... ducting and ceiling void might not've allowed it, but the spark should've had the extractor at least in the reveal of the shower area or at least just outside the glass closest to the shower, it seems too far away to make any dent on moisture/steam!

The Spark shouldn’t of had the extractor in the reveal of the shower as the screen is open at the top, and as we all know,steam rises and it will then go onto the main room ceiling…… that’s why the extractor was put on the main room ceiling and in a position that looks well for the customer AND removes the moisture/ steam as it’s a powerful extractor unit….
I’ve been doing bathrooms over 20years, as has my sparky and had zero issues, but thanks for the comment and glad I could address the issues you thought I had.
But glad you enjoyed watching it…..

That shower screen looked a right ballache, did they not want it being open? I had in my head they'd have the step area open and a fixed screen

No these seats fit from above, no lugs underneath so you just pop the fittings in and tighten it from above.
I mentioned to them to just have a screen but as they have kids they wanted it in closed to keep the water in when they are splashing about🤣

I believe all the seats fit from the top these days. Mind you I think many seats tend to work loose after a while. I don't think they make them like they used to.

For most pans they are top fitting now yes, but you still get the back it seats from time to time.

Customer needs to buy a new door handle for the inside of the bathroom in nickel now.
That overflow ring assuming it's metal they could send it off and get it stripped and replated fairly cheaply.

Costs and Labour completely depends on so many things such as what suite, what lighting, if the walls etc need plastering, what the floor levels are like etc etc
