I had to get a 1 time approval to send the $700. With all the other options out here, Samsung pay cash is not worth the stress.
Good hearing Samsung Pay Cash fixed the issues. However, not having the ability for transferring back to my checking account is no-go. My PayPal account does it so I will remain with them.
Horrible my samsung cash hasn't worked since I was denied by samsung money, not everyone will be eligible for that so now bc I was denied samsung money my cash card doesn't work and when calling samsung for help they lie about the entire situation which means I can go purchase another phone bc the only reason I dropped my lg was for the pay and there really is no reason to keep it anymore.
I think the Samsung cash is advertised as a prepaid debit card so to transfer money to your bank account would be out of the question because prepaid debit cards don't do that. I have signed up to the new Samsung money by Sofi account which sounds like it will allow you to do a lot more and hopefully it allows you to transfer to your bank account but I don't like that it asks you to login to your bank account when other apps just ask for an account number and routing number or debit card number. I hope you make a video about the new Samsung money that just went live a couple of days ago.
You might be aware it seems Samsung might be changing from Samsung Cash to Samsung Money. I still really like Samsung Pay itself. I haven’t tried the other items like Samsung Cash and have not signed up for Samsung Money.
I mean it is a prepaid card. The same way when you pay for a prepaid debit card you already paid for it and all you can do is spend it and can't take out money from it
I understand what they were going for, but creating virtual prepaid cards for yourself is unusual. The sending money feature makes it so you're basically giifting people money via a prepaid debit card, which makes more sense. But then they are forced to spend it using Samsung Pay. Withdrawing money from ATM's is impossible(unless you find one that supports NFC) and they can't transfer funds to a personal account. It's just an odd very..very small use case product. It looks like they've realized that because they announced they're redoing the whole thing recently
i had my covid-19 stimulus sent to Samsung Pay Cash. I could pull $100 in cash back at Walmart. When my account was frozen, I was able to unlock my account quickly.
It's not fixed. I had to take 3 security calls today 5/30/20

How do you you sign up for this? Because in the samsung pay app, I keep getting an error that the card was blocked by the issuer!
