As many have said, THANK YOU, same machine, same issue as everyone, but because of being a man, I wasn't allowed to consult the manual with out fear of arrest and prosecution. Oh the humanity! Now surely life will be a bowl of cherries from hear on out, so thanks for stopping me from throwing my brand new carpet shampooer into the wall.
FYI: On the bottom of the tank there is a gray plastic cap you can turn and take off and you can pull that whole thing out to clean it without using that long gray plastic stick in the pouring out spout. It’s actually covered in the manual
I have the exact same machine. Had problem with suction. Video was really helpful. One on trick: if you want to clean the clear top cover, because it has openings on both ends - you can run water through it, with a hair catcher in the sink and get it REALLY cleaned out of fur & pieces of dirt/gravel.
Thank you for this very helpful video. I didn't give my last carpet cleaner a fair shot by reading the directions and so I threw it away when it began to smell like mildew every time I used it. This time around, I am doing my level best to learn how this new Bissell works, so every tip I can pick up is greatly appreciated.
You have helped me immensely! My problem was how to snap back on the plastic top (front floor nozzle assembly). I watched you pop that back on by snapping it on from the bottom first, and then the top 1:30. You are a Godsend! I repeatedly tried to pop it on by the nozzle top first and it kept on popping off, so you helped without even knowing it.
This is extremely helpful. I’ve never really used one before and was worried I broke it. This makes total sense and a useful feature it provides. Thank you!
Page 14 in the manual goes over the process of removing the float stack. Best to follow the cleaning procedure described in the included manual to prevent any issues in the future
@@jacql1682 have you figured it out? Remove the tank they are referring to. There’s a large screw on the bottom if you remove that, you can take the float out.
It's been a couple months now since I've bought this tablet and it is great. ruclips.net/user/postUgkxLNmVocUk8tnSkwWIlYSNFzWRIaFTBuzS The tablet is responsive and runs well. There were a few times that the tablet did an awkward thing where it would detect pen on at all times and wouldn't register finger press, but it is usually fixed by closing and opening either the screen or app. This is highly likely due to my excessive use for drawing which caused this and wasn't really very big. As I mostly enjoy using the tablet for drawing (and some light gaming), I would comment from that aspect that there is definitely more accurate pressure and drawing using a PC device and drawing tablet, however i find the moveablity of the tablet more enjoyable to draw on. Like how you can physically rotate and move a piece of paper around or even draw casually on your bed.All in all, as a tablet it is good, and as a drawing device can be good depending on what you want from a drawing device. It is definitely good enough if you just want to use it to take notes. For typing though I can't comment on the keyboard as I did not get the keyboard.
Oh my God, thank you so very much. I literally just bought my cleaner like an hour ago and I began to get frustrated because it wasn’t picking up water😢. Your video saved the day 😅
So true! I've had that problem from day one a couple years ago! I was too lazy to run it down and was afraid it was a malfunction. Seemed to work about 15 min after being off for days - maybe the debris dried up a little. When I looked into the head and all the places, there was thick matted hair everywhere! So dumb! Now I love this machine even more! Thanks so much!
Boom! I haven't even gone back to check if this is my issue yet. However, I just know this is my issue. You speak extremely well, straight to all points & super helpful! Thank you!
That is exactly what happened to ours. We have a newer model and you're exactly right-the motor has a higher whine sound indicating that it's full. Great job explaining this.
Thank you so much. You got me pointed in the right direction. I did have to remove the assembly but I wouldn't have gotten that far without your video.
Thank you for your tips. We have had a Bissell Proheat 2X for 15 years and it works great. Why? Because we clean out the machine in the same manner you do after each use so we have a fresh machine ready to go for the next job. It extends the life of the machine. I appreciate your video! Thanks! Thanks! I had the no sucking thing happen and watched your video. I washed out the dirty water tank and got the float working. Ps...also, I did not have that special tool to clean out the front assembly and made one out of a flexible plastic cutting board, super easy and it works great!!
Underneath the tank there is a grey circle opening that if you keep turning you can pull out the inside. When you’re done cleaning it you can insert it all back, just make sure to line up the arrows pictured 😉
Thank you, thank you, thank you. After trying all the manufacturing trouble shoots, I was literally ready to tear my Bessel apart to find a clog in the hose or anything. After I cleaned out return tank it worked like a charm . Thank you again. You saved me a few grey hairs.
