Not only is he teaching us how to cook but he is also giving essential tips on how to prevent the chicken from hardening due to extra cooking and how to prevent soggy vegetables and little tips. Most chefs don't do that and then we wonder why the dish has not come out the way it should and is a disaster ! You have earned a follower guru and I wish you all the best !
I tried this recipe today and so In love taste sooo good I love the kick of spice, I however didn’t have cabbage and mushrooms and no MSG but it turned out so good! Thank you for sharing

I tried this yesterday and came out excellent. Just tweaked the chicken marination to indian version since I did not have white vinegar. Added brocolli as well. It was amazing...

I think this is the best chow Mein recipe I came across.. the way you describe everything is amazing! There are so many little things that we don’t know while we cook and it can ruined the recipe.. thanks for all the tips.. I’ve just subscribed 👍
