    back in the days i used to cook it,and one day i lost the video and coudnt find it and now after 5 years and after somethink like 3 hours of search i finaly find it!all of my family and frieds love these noodles!

    excellent recipe as always thanks for sharing ....if its not a problem can i suggest something ? because i have seen here our hawker food cook applying that technique they mix all sauces and mix well in bawl and then add to noodles or veg first and then mix all ...hope thats ok...sorry to intruding like this

    1:23 soak noodles in water for 20mins........before boiling
    6:47 shud be shredded finely
    UR perfect.............

    Hi Bharat,
    I was wondering if the corn starch can be replaced by Flour? If yes, then how many tbsp must I add? If not, what can I substitute it with. Thanks and I love your recipes!

      Yes it could be exchanged for flour by I would recommend cooking off the flour with maybe some butter before hand or else you may get a floury taste and texture on the noodles just melt some butter and stir in the flour, let it brown a little and add the same as you would the cornflour. I'm not too sure of the measurements but I'm sure they would be very similar, look it up x

      hi hari,
      100% i have been working on the recipe... there is only one issue going on now days the fact that it has been discontinued ... but dont worry i have around 5 packets of the original mix with me as soon as the testing process gets overs and we achieve 100% result the recipe is for public... i'm so sorry for delays but "quality is my priority" and the recipe should be xactly same :)

    Dear Sir, I tried this recipe with Ching brand of Hakka noodle which is made of wheat.It was not tasting the same which I ate in restaurant please let me know what brand of noodles does restaurant use for making of hakka noodel.
