Hi Bharat, I was wondering if the corn starch can be replaced by Flour? If yes, then how many tbsp must I add? If not, what can I substitute it with. Thanks and I love your recipes!
Yes it could be exchanged for flour by I would recommend cooking off the flour with maybe some butter before hand or else you may get a floury taste and texture on the noodles just melt some butter and stir in the flour, let it brown a little and add the same as you would the cornflour. I'm not too sure of the measurements but I'm sure they would be very similar, look it up x
