THE SESSION
In this 30-minute beginner strength training class we explore more foundational dumbbell exercises to build strength and stamina, hitting the whole body, including legs, shoulders, biceps, triceps, back and chest. Learn proper form with 2-3 sets of each exercise, including:
Wide Upright Row
Alternating Front Lunges
Alternating Hammer Curls
Single Leg RDLs
Triceps Extension
Squeeze Press
