I’m in my freshman year just now trying to learn the concept on slope due to my math teacher being in his first year of teaching and being an overall horrible teacher. Way to go Mr Fox
@Tin Chak Xu 😭😭we were supposed to learn in 8th grade but my teacher gave us all the answers to everything and never genuinely taught us anything so i didn’t learn how to slope until the end of freshman year
@Tin Chak Xu basically, he didn’t show us how to do it, and instead gave us all the answers because he got paid based on how his students were testing that year. If he had atleast gave us the formula, or explained the formula it probably would’ve been easier to figure out🧍🏽♀️
@Tin Chak Xu bro i’m a junior now, it’s literally not that deep lmao i don’t use or need slope formula anymore. i was also 13 and grades don’t matter in middle school, no one genuinely cares about this as much as u do. i promise it’s not that important lmao

think of it like descending a staircase instead of going up. Or an air balloon coming down
If you are going up and right, the signs will be positive. But if you're going down and left, the signs are negative.

I think this is a good video it has helped me alot understand the math i understand slopes now rise and run, and how to plot the points that is needed to be plotted. the ladies here have really helped me understand what i am doing

Maybe rises the Y axis since it goes up and run is the X axis since it goes across like you’re running across some thing or rising up I don’t know to be honest I just thought of that
