    A Scottish farmer built a stone circle on his property in the 1950s. A few years back an archaeologist stumbled on it and thought he found a previously unrecorded site.

    I had guessed from the first images that it was a modern construction!

    It's actually only a couple hundred years old and is a reconstruction of a henge in france. But still a very interesting site nonetheless

    I wonder how much reconstruction has gone on ? Probably was an old Hippie hang out at one time. I get the feeling nothing good happened there. Thanks for the share. :O)

      @@LeoManAndMountain all the real old stuff has been destroyed or replicated, even Stonehenge.....the more years you study history, the more you realise its all bollocks.....thats what i found after 45 years of field work.
