There's just something special about those moments when the Villain manages to push the Hero *too* far and they finally *snap* and decide to go all-out and say "to hell with the consequences". Maybe because there's just something appealing about the concept of the "Awakening the Sleeping Giant" that is inherently satisfying to watch. Plus, it also gives us a glimpse of how strong the Hero in question actually *is* and just how much they have been holding back all this time. Just like in Justice League when Superman stopped holding back and went all-out against Darkseid after delivering his "World of Cardboard" speech: *Superman:* "That man won't quit as long as he can still draw a breath. None of my teammates will. Me? I've got a different problem." **punches Darkseid through a wall** "I feel like I live in a world made of cardboard! Always taking constant care not to break something, to break someone. Never allowing myself to lose control, even for a moment, or someone could die. But you can take it, can't you, big man? What we have here is a rare opportunity for me to cut loose, and show you just how powerful I really am." And yeah, Yuya going berserk after seeing the mind-controlled Yuzu is something else. Keep in mind, at the time Serena and Ruri had monsters that collectively protected each other from destruction, hence their belief that they would survive Odd-Eyes Raging Dragon. And then Yuya announces that Odd-Eyes Raging Dragon's ability to wipe out the entire field cannot be stopped by any other effect (thus wiping out their entire field), regardless of whether it was a Trap, Spell, or Monster effect. Then, when the girls remark that even if Yuya wipes one of them out, the other will survive and finish him on the next turn, Yuya then reveals that Odd-Eyes Raging Dragon can attack *twice* per battle phase, hence his declaration that there wouldn't *be* a next turn, and with Odd-Eyes Raging Dragon having 3000 ATK, neither of the girls would survive even one hit from it. It's also worth noting that in Arc-V, there was a stupidly broken dueling mechanic in the series that *NEVER* made a return in later series, and that was a "Duel Intrusion", where another Duelist could join an already-active Duel at any time at the cost of starting with a 2000 Life Point Penalty, and there was no limit to how many Duelists could "intrude" in a single duel, nor was there a limit to how many Duelists could be on the same team against a single opponent. And when someone intruded on a duel, they would get their turn immediately after the current player's turn was over. This means that had the Doctor been *smart* about this, he could have ensured Yuya would lose by having Serena intrude right before Ruri's turn ended (which is what happened here), and then if Yuya was still standing after Serena's turn, send out one of the other two girls he had under mind control to intrude *again* to hammer on Yuya even more, and if by some miracle Yuya was still standing after that....the Doctor could then have sent out the mind-controlled Yuzu to intrude and result in a *fourth* opponent for Yuya, as well as Yuya now having to survive four consecutive turns by opponents without him getting a turn of his own to draw any cards or rebuild his field. In short, the Doctor is a complete and total *IDIOT* for not exploiting that stupidly broken "intrusion" mechanic.
For the zexal monsters - something to note is that in zexal, there are these cards called "numbers". There's 107 of them, and they're sentient fragments of creation. Hence why they don't look normal. Imagine a futuristic yugioh show where there are 100 millenium items in card form, but they each have their own personalities and run amuck possessing people for shits and giggles, with 7 of them being wielded by space demon, and both space heaven and space hell locked in a war to take all of them to nuke each other... And you get zexal.
I remember watching Yami Yugi vs Weevil when it first aired. Me and my brother were laughing our asses off the entire time, and don't even get me started on the Japanese version of that duel 🤣
I should also note that there are two new Yugioh series starting 2020 up until now that COMPLETLY CHANGED the way we know dueling in the orthodox sense: Sevens, and the current one called Go-Rush. basically they are all about Rush duels, which has different rules and settings
I‘ve watched The #1 Choice in Good Quality before: The Breaking Point THEN The Rage Mode of An Optimistic Guy, One of The Best XYZ Summons in YuGiOh; and ALMOST TOTAL OBLITERATION of opponents. To me, it’s always neck & neck with Atem’s “Monster Cardo”
Yeah that thing on his face that purple mark is actually like how he sees the monsters the evil characters all have those marks In yugioh zexal so it’s always on them they literally can’t take it off unless they are not dueling it disappears when they are not dueling
lastly, there are Yugioh characters i like the most. those being: Soulburner (from Vrains. he's even on the 5th spot in my favorite ANIME CHARACTERS list) Axel Brodie (since you watched GX, you probably know him) Jack Atlas (5D's, and he's even back in Arc-V together with Crow Hogan from the same series, Alexis and Aster from GX as you saw, and Kite from Zexal. but that's a whole different story) Varis (or Revolver in Japanese like stated in this video, from Vrains- just like Soulburner that i mentioned above) Antinomy (an antagonist from 5D's) Yusei Fudo (the MC of 5D's) Playmaker (the MC of Vrains)
I watched almost everything in Yugioh: original GX 5D's Zexal Vrains * i didn't (!) watch all of Arc-V, cause i started falling asleep during it's beginning episodes. but, i still knew the majority of it's duels. like the ones you saw: Yuya VS the two ladies (Ruri and Serena) Yuri (the evil dimensional counterpart of both Yuya and Yuto who was inside him PAUSE) VS these 5 strong NPC's Zarc (the complete being comprised of all 4 counterparts) VS every important dude in the series
6:05 You think this is bizarre? The recent shows have included "New Rich" dinosaurs, elemental phoenix triplets, magical sheep girls, ramen ninja, fish samurai, chameleons with guns, and evil _chairs._ THIS is nothing.
16:45 "Dayum!!" I know, right? Not something you'd think you could ever forget about. Imagine, being a writer so bad you just opt out of remembering altogether; idiotic, right?
Yeah I stopped watching after the first few episodes of 5Ds. You look at Yu-Gi-Oh now and it's super confusing, at least to me anyways. I don't know what this Link Summoning and Pendulum Summoning is. I've seen real duels in regional tournaments end with the first turn, or an OTK (One Turn Kill). That's how insane the game has gotten nowadays.
Also if you want to know about Zexal and onward I’m your guy. Well except Go Rush. I dropped off somewhere in Go Rush. Not that I thought it was bad I was just slowly losing more and more interest is all.
Hey, would you be interested in watching Anime rage/anger moments? For example, There’s one in High School DxD Born with Issei in Juggernaut Drive. And Goku going Super Saiyan against Freiza.

They’re called “Neo - Specians”; but Neos is actually more of an Elemental Hero.
I should let you know that the guy with the squeaky voice is voice by the English dub actor of GOKU!!!

Number 101-107 are actually from a different source as the rest
Basically, anything from 101 - 107 are created by Don Thousand; whereas the ones from 1 - 100 are the real ones.

Yami yugi my first anime crush

It was called miguzi

16:45 "Dayum!!"
I know, right? Not something you'd think you could ever forget about. Imagine, being a writer so bad you just opt out of remembering altogether; idiotic, right?
Did you get as far as children's card games on battleplates?
Yeah I stopped watching after the first few episodes of 5Ds. You look at Yu-Gi-Oh now and it's super confusing, at least to me anyways. You can see why they decided to Go Rush.
Right now, there's a 1-card FTK that is protected from a good chunk of handtraps running. And guess what ? IT'S NOT EVEN THE BEST DECK.
I enjoy yu gi oh my favorite season was 5d and my personal millennium item was rod how about you which is your favorite?
The movie was awesome 😎 to watch on Toonami
Also if you want to know about Zexal and onward I’m your guy.
