I'm looking into swapping for 35W 4300K, but I'm very curious to how the pattern will be as I don't want to blind people. I get blinded so easily, and it's extremely annoying. The only reason I'm considering it is cause I can't find LED that works for me as I need H4 bi, both high and low beam in one light.
@VieuxMalcommode just to note, this is a different cars from my other vidoes. This one is equipped with Projector headlamps (halogen ones) which is why the cut off is much better with less glare.
do it. 4300's are the best. no need for anything higher because white light travels much farther and brighter than blue. more so on the distance if anything. but also if you angle the headlights, you wont get the brights. my opinion is the 4300's are the best for the money but its all up to you.
Yes, otherwise you'll piss a LOT of people off, and the cops CAN make you take it off. I got projectors, because i dont want to be like those obnoxious people that blind you at night. HID's NEED to be pointed :/
honestly I got flashed by people WAY more with the 4300 over 10000k. 4300 looks damn near the same as halogens but is suoer bright I assume people think your high beams are on. Hids higher on the kalvin scale it seems they just expect then to be bright.
Yeah, I'll be doing that as soon as I can afford them. I'll be putting up a comparison video with installation.

thank for the insight. the hid is looking tiny bit blue 4300k light is normally more yellow / white maybe it's the 35w ballest
it's the camera. A 55w ballast should make it more blue. but with the 4300k I don't think there is much difference.
It really looks more like 8000K to me
do i have to have that kind of projectors for the hids?
