Just taking an unofficial POLL: MBTS Aaron as "Sweet little feller you want to put in your pocket and call him buttercup". Or Dirt Perfect Mike as "Perfectionist big dad micromanager you want to have run your job sight and call him Michelle." Let the numbers show the true will of the people... P.S. I erased my vote so it doesn't skew the numbers... so cast your vote.
As a teenager I worked as a helper at a construction site prepping footers for pouring concrete. This was for an apartment complex and after about 2 dozen foundations were poured and the block was laid the surveyor quit. Turned out he had messed up the measurements of all the foundations by 6 inches too narrow. Learned some new words from the head of the project.
Very nice job Mike. Need to get an AC unit on Aron's hat !!!! Lol. Please don't take Aron's equipment without asking. Don't want to get him upset like he was. Lol. Have a good one and be safe you all !!!!
Every time I hear that tune at 34:40 it makes me wanna slick my hair back with some Palmaid, put on my City Slicker dancin' shoes are break out in James Brown dance moves. Definitely MoTown Motor City music. Awesome job Mike. No crew in America coulda done a better job than your crew of misfits lead by the legendary slacker MBTS.
Great video dirt perfect for awhile I thought this was a episode of the Simpson's dirt perfect as bart Simpson and man behind the scenes as homer Simpson
In my younger days I had the opportunity to work for a man that taught me so many things about the excavating job. I really appreciated his wisdom an sharing his knowledge. it really influenced me. as an operator. I gave him much respect for that. I have to say you remind me of that man. Thank you for your teachings. By the way here at home we call people like Aaron Contraries they do all the wrong things for the right reason. Bless you guys
Great video, the drone really shows the job perfectly. I was waiting for Aaron to do a couple of somersaults with his rubber boots on. Lot of hard work. Kevin
Great job as usual. I bet Aaron was a fun kid to have around. Several years ago we had a kid in our neighborhood that was a lot like Aaron. He was a hoot and could make anyone laugh, even on the toughest days. Have a blessed and safe weekend, and stay healthy.
@@aaronbummmanbehindthescene4931 That's also been a goal of mine for over 40 years. Humor can help in stressful times. Keep 'em laughing, plus we enjoy it as well. Have a blessed and safe weekend. Stay healthy.
Two days and no slacking !!! Plenty of laughter on site, makes all the difference Mike 👍 That is how most footings are poured over here, makes sense to use what you have at hand 🇬🇧🇬🇧🇬🇧
That footing price just went up ! I broke down and bought that new Hyundai 140 with a. Blade. From dealer down by you. Boone equipment bardstown, Kentucky. Brand new out the door on a truck for 119. Couldn't find that price up our way. 3200 to deliver it. About 950 miles. Headed my way with it today.
That is extremely exciting you are going to be so happy with that machine they really impressed me I don't own one YET but used one for two weeks and I think by next spring maybe we will be able to do so gotta figure the best way to go about it happy for you Thumbs Up My Friend
@@mountainviews5025 yha. They have been a decent machine to us. We had all Hitachi years ago. Then in 2007. Went to Hyundai. , they dont hold there resale. , but there cheaper to buy. We had bad luck with the first new one in 2007. But there better now. We currently run. 7 hyundai's and one mini yanmar. And one 330 john deer
I came out of retirement and dug a footer with crawl space inside a shoe box for my neighbor with a full size backhoe Saturday. A mini would have been nice but that isn't a challenge Mike......😂 The help had no experience and I shot grade with a transit, appreciate what you have. 😎
Good video again the Job site is looking good but what do you expect dirt perfect is doing the job tell Aaron what’s up you are like me got to have that Pepsi good soda Y’all be safe my friend
Good to see another video with Matt and Aaron featured.......I know MBTS is back to his 'real" job but where is Matt these days??? Great video..thanks for posting
Surprised no short rebar spanning across the footing. Also a vibrator makes moving and leveling the mud really easy. Love the baby float. Sure beats hand floating. Our pour today was probably close to 100m3 (Canada) in 2.5hrs with a 120 foot pump.
I've never seen footers done like that, very interesting. Up here ( southern Maine) they'd use wooden forms, pour and strip the boards off, I like the way you do it, saves time and materials, I learn something new every time I watch your Vidja's.
Done here in NB (Canada) like you said.. never seen it done this way but with the soil there guess you could easily enough..saves a lot of work and $...
Aaron you hang in there its hard working for someone thats so perfect just keep getting on all the other machines practice makes you better theres only two Perfect operaters thats Dirt perfect and Letsdig 18 lol
So MR. MBTS was lollygagging and 'Ol DP had to jump on the vibrating roller then Aaron gets squirrelly about it... Time for a wet noodle whippin'. 😎 Great job on digging another laser perfect hole in the ground Mike.
Nice work guys! So DP, just what would you do with out MBTS ? Did you tell him no posing! And now the 120 out are you going to give him more time digging? Like to see him improve his skills.
What DP did not explain is he has plus or minus a tenth on his subgrade so if his receiver mounted to his linker rod weather re receiver beeps fast, slowly, or soild tone is on grade or within that plus or minus making that Grade ! Hope this helps you understand better how checking grade is done !
What's up with the thumbnail? I was sure we would see some boulder drilling. Oh, that was the slump. That is a good foundation made possible by teamwork from professionals... and superb supervision from The Man Behind The Scene of course. LOL Great job by Matt also. The main equipment operator did okay... I guess.
