I hope you and your Sister are fully healed in no time, and you both are already looking great! I just love your positive outlook, watching your videos always makes my day brighter :) Take care of yourself and I look forward to the next one!
Thank you Cheryl in my world you are AMAZING. I told Traci that she was in there over an hour more then scheduled. I'm calling BS, on the you can go to work right away, and not giving her any pain meds. She was snatched!!!!!! My niece has been in Switzerland!!!! Visiting a new friend. It all looks damp, wet and COLD. Not my scene at all .*yrs ago when I moved to Oregon we had some Snowy winters. WE are lucky that the severe weather warnings never were bad, YET. Perhaps we are being spared. Now that it really is Winter these next two months are the biggest mental health challenges for me. More soon, xxoo A
Thank you so much!! You know I truly appreciate you! We love the Sun and Summer here more than anything but we do enjoy the snow too. It’s been hiding from us for years so I was pleased to see its arrival. It keeps me indoors but I am definitely ok with that! 🩷🩷🩷
The power of prayer gorgeous lady… so glad you are having a calm peaceful healing time with it all. I must say this, your face says it all to me,this brought you joy & peace with yourself so well worth it darlin. Still keeping you in my prayers, n praying hard for Tracey. I hope she finds comfort soon. Keep up that healing missy, so good to see you, thank you for the updated.
@@Swt.Designs I think her overall recovery was to be easier.., But factor in some extreme weather and being really anxious about it, then everything seems worse . Plus headaches are terrible.
Your arms look great! Imagine how happy you will be when the swelling goes down! I think that when you keep the meds in, it makes you more comfortable. I hope Traci feels better soon! 🤗
Oh my gosh… your arms look great! I can’t to see how they look once healed. They are going to look sooooooo good once they are healed. I am soooo excited for you. Be safe with that snow. I am in Kansas City and we are at 5 inches right now and icy conditions. Be safe. Thanks for the update. ❤
@ oh no. I hope you do not end up getting a lot of snow. We ended up with 12 inches!!! It’s a good thing you work from home. Stay safe if you do have to get out. Have a great one!
Oh my gosh, your arms are looking great! I love that your mom lives so close and can do the mom thing! Poor sis, though. I sure hope she starts feeling better and can enjoy the results asap. Hugs and prayers for you both!
Hi Cheryl, Emily here :o) I'm so sorry about your sister and the pain, they should have given her pain meds, that is standard, it's her face for goodness sake. I'm praying you both heal completely and are happy with the results. I see your arms look fantastic. And I can only imagine how beautiful your sister is looking, she is already a beautiful person. God bless.
Hello there Cheryl🙏❤️. Your arms are true looking quite good except for the little bit of swelling and redness too but that will go away in time. It’s good that you can tolerate pain for as long as you can instead of loading yourself up on the pain meds all the time cause let me tell you sweetie, the day you were leaving the clinic, you were truly quite loopy and talking out of your head which was kinda funny but not funny.😁Your arms sure do look so different and it will be exciting once they are healed and you’ll be able to wear sleeveless tops and maybe even outfits that don’t have any sleeves or straps too. Do take it easy still and rest when you can (or should) and it’s also great to even have mom who is a retired nurse too right next door too.👍🏻😁 God bless you and I do pray that Traci feels better soon too. God bless you both and thank you for taking us on your journey too. Hugs qns love, Sue M. Clearwater, Florida ❤️🙏🥰🤞🏼😘😇❌⭕️
@ Hi there my dear friend Cheryl🙏❤️. If I may say thank you back for your kind comment to me?😘. I feel that truthfully a lot of times when I comment back that I don’t know where a lot of my words come from except all I can say is that God speaks through me. So, my wisdom is all from HIM.👍🏻😁. I don’t like feeling loopy and I don’t even take pain meds for very long if I had a procedure that of if I get them cause I also don’t like to sleep all the time and also I don’t like the loopy feeling I have too so, I just quit taking them after awhile. But anyway, just rest as much as you can and even if your body says it had enough. I don’t think it did😂 and you need to rest some more. However, I’m glad for sure thet you’re healing good and the swelling and discoloration will go away eventually but it does take time so don’t try to rush it. But I'm proud of you both for taking the step . You guys are very brave. Sending love and prayers your way ❤❤❤❤

Well good grief~ so glad they at least sent YOU home w/some meds for pain, cannot imagine why they wouldn't have done the same for Traci?! That's nuts, it's still pretty major stuff, outpatient or not. Keep thinking about all the little nerves & muscles connected to her suture areas, up to the ears & all~ plus all that is bound to affect sinuses & behind the eyeballs, or I would think anyhow. No wonder she's getting headaches, poor thing! The standard of care is meant to anticipate the worst pain a patient may experience, & prescribe accordingly for post op healing~ what my doctor says anyhow. Very weird, imho.
What a blessing that you're on the lower scale of pain Cheryl, & can share with her, whew. Kind of makes sense I suppose, thinking about what all is involved nerve & muscle wise in backs of our arms~ maybe less than the face. Also glad you're able to tolerate as well as you are, maybe it has to do with having lived more life & it's events than those "half your age" whining about about how bad it is, hehe~ just being silly, I know it can be worse for some.
*Your arms look really good, all things considered~ going to be even smaller & smoother once the swelling goes down & such~ wow, you must be so excited for your shiny new stick arms!! =) That you can lift them up a bit is awesome too. Are you supposed to keep them open to the air now, or maybe wrap back up for sleeping?
