It is. But its extremely dangerous. You could deeply cut yourself or from a height brake some bones but with a speed vault there is lower risk to the speed

gather step just like at dive kong or double(triple?) kong. Whatever is fastest, you should know it.
Jumping with one leg allows you to keep your momentum and dive across longer objects
You should totally do more tutorials

Baveshen Pillay It’s all up to you. If you think the pain isn’t that bad, then you can.
As long as you don’t burn yourself out or hurt yourself. When sore you can practice upper body options or even just some simple vaults.

It is faster but it’s also more difficult and risky. The speed vault is probably the best vault on a speed/risk ratio.
It depends what the obstacles are also but I have good arms for kong works well for me

Try keeping your thighs close to your body and your sole pointed in front of you so you can land in a sort of crouching position.
