    Shorten those tools up buddy and run those angles 90 degrees instead of the long way you can go faster and step over larger

      Unfortunately this is not a production job, I only made 5 pieces of this so I decided to stay conservative on the cutting parameter, this is also the reason why I haven't reported the parameters in the video. Also the tool sickout was necessary to reach the part.

      @@PRATOCNC use a extended holder that is tapered down instead of a long endmill way more rigid and cheaper for the cutters

      @@donnelson8121 I mean sure. It would be awesome if everyone could just pick and choose _w_ tools they wanted for every job - but that isnt the case for 90% of all of us in this trade, you know that =)
      I got 45 tools setup in my machine. I can run most jobs without changing tools - both plastics, alum, stainless etc.
      There's no need to go around the shop looking for specific tools only trying to save a few minutes when running like 5 parts.
