- A man was treated on the beach before being taken to an area hospital. Another person was also treated less than half a mile away from the first attack.
Sharks and I have an agreement. I won't swim in their pool if they won't play in my yard. It's worked out quite well.

The S. Padre Island Park services are doing their best to institute damage control and keep the tourists coming by saying the shark did an "investigative bite". That's a new one! There were 4 attacks and several sharks were seen very close to the shore.
I live on S. Padre and NEVER go into the water.
When you're swimming with friends, make sure you are the fastest swimmer in the group.
Last I heard, there were four victims not two. And this is considered a shark attack not an "investigating bites", he just said its the same shark who bit all those people, so how many bites does the shark need to complete its investigation?😂
To be fair, it took me repeated meals before I could acclimate to the taste of cilantro...

I think it was misidentified. Instead of an investigative bite it should have been called an experimental bite. In order for an experiment to be found true or false it must be repeatable so...

I have gone to SPI for almost 20 years. I’ve never been attacked by a shark, but I respect that it’s their home.

After over 40 years of research I have an absolute way to not be bitten by sharks and I have put in for a patent on it. I am nervous about mentioning it in the open because someone might steal the idea but here goes. Stay out of the ocean. I live in Idaho and there have been no shark attacks here in recorded history.
