And Flake went up to the microphone and said:" Yes, that happens when you let the fans decide!" .."and I wanna say thanks to Vattenfall ( the electricity provider) ..."otherwise it would be dark in here.". Then they left the stage..😂 Flake left the echo trophy somewhere at the party location after the echo awards, intentional... The average echo awards audience is too mainstream for Rammstein. They dont like their music and the band knows that..they don't understand Rammstein XD

Yeah the dedication in this one! Pretty cool :D And it's hard to tell if it's acting or they're really tired, haha. Especially concidering Schneider having to use both his feet wearing the fat suit - that must be heavy! ;D And yeah I get the dissapointment of a very still audience. On the other hand they seemed to be seated, and it was at a music award show, so there might be many audience members not being fans of Rammstein :P Still, the band gave a great performance, as always =)
Those TV show audiences are the worst. I don't even know who goes to such events. It seems like they just invite some people from the streets who are not interested in the bands at all. There's always a complete lack of enthusiasm. The same thing happened when Marilyn Manson and Rammstein performed "Beautiful People" together at the Echo in 2012 btw. Never has there been such a great combination of artists seen on stage and the crowd just stood there.
The crowd stinks big time. This is in Germany to, and Rammstein even won 2 awards at this show, Best Rock Band and Best Live Performance. But the crowd is just sat on their hands. It's just the wrong crowd for them. Makes me wonder if it's just some thing were they tell the crowd to be silent to allow people to hear the song better? It seems happen every time any band seems to perform on a TV show or award show
It is this and also the problem, that in Germany there are still many who don't like the band, because of the Main Stream Media, who always tries put the Band in a "bad light".

Is not my opinion on what is represented in this way. Why should Rammstein hide at such a show? And the people who are in the audience there come from the music scene ....... mostly! And something like that is broadcast, it also increases the reputation of Rammstein and others can see how good Rammstein is.
They realy hate this kind of shows and they did it just twice - with this song and together with Marilyn Manson playing Beautiful People... And the audience is just sitting there and has no idea Till and the rest of the band just laughs about them.. But they made sure they never have to play this kind of gigs again... I love this band!
@@xsezz The people go there for Popmusic... But there is one category "best live act" or "best rock album" that is always won by Rammstein for sure... But they don't go to those events anymore

Like any other rock / metal band, Rammstein has no place in such a show. They should pick up their well-deserved prizes, say a few rocking words to their fans and leave. But please don't appear there. And if they do, the organizers kindly have to swap the audience beforehand and throw out the chairs and tables.
