You are totally right about Facebook being the best place for cars and parts. Both of my FD's came from Facebook marketplace or groups along with parts that were hard to find.
I got a 86 NA FC with 200,000 miles on the chassis and 100,000 on the engine (or so I’m told) no power steering and nae naed paint. Clutch is pretty worn, but it was able to drive on its own power back to my house (about like 40 min). I got this all for 3200 (along with unpaid registration) but aye I got a momo steering wheel and a nrg seat :)
i love the FB model, had an '85 FB cream/tan color in my highschool days, had it for six years but reached a point where i could no longer afford to keep driving so i let it go for cheap but i still miss driving it, dream would be to one day own an FB with a 13B in it
Obo can mean open to trades, roller means it has wheels, shell either needs wheels or doesn't have hubs and has to he dragged on a trailer but for the most part sounds good man
Up here in O Canada Eh, just about the only places you'll find RX-7 parts is either the Mazda dealership or the local auto wreckers. It will cost a MINT to buy RX-7 stuff from either one!
About that online stores... Do you know if they sale parts just in America or they can sand you parts in other countries? I live în Romania and the rotary comunity here is not that big and the nearest shops for rx7 parts are in germany or UK and i wanted to know if those stores you talked about can ship parts over the sea
I disagree a little with your terminology. The distinction between "roller" and "shell" is that a roller can actually be towed or pulled onto a trailer with relative ease. It still has wheels, tires, and suspension. A shell usually has none of that. It's the chassis, some glass, maybe interior and mechanical parts. Something you'd drag out of someone's back yard after two decades.
“WOOOOOHHHH, THATS WHAT ITS ALL ABOUT, THATS WHAT IVE BEEN WAITING FOR!!” Lol. Thanks for more quality content

I believe the GSL-SE is the 1-st gen '7 that came with a 13B engine. It also had fuel injection instead of a carburetor.

Duuude this is the video that I was looking for! I just picked up an fc3s and parts are so hard to find.
This kind of comments discouraged me to buy an FC
3:23 sometimes shell might be used to describe a car that doesn't have suspension or wheels, either.
great !
Hey thanks Zack!
Thumbnail accurately represents my area's market

Do you think a fc would be a good first car, i’m about to buy my first car and i have about 10k
How much did you pay for you RX7 and how many miles were on it?
Gotta watch out on some of the parts Atkins makes. They aren't as reliable as they remanufacture in-house.
i think all the facebook stuff he said applies to most cars , i own a 2004 ford focus, so not such a special car as an rx7 ,but it pretty much applies
I have a rare 1989 GTUs with 70,000 miles on it. It needs an oil metering pump and I don't know where to get one.
Just delete it man
🔥🔥 do one for z31s lol 😆
z1motorsport is your best friend for all things Z car related. Better parts inventory and knowledge than the dealer.

I'm reaching out to all the rx7 owners, I need a s4 front iron, 6 port. Anyone have one in good shape?
Brah facebook market place if your looking for parts
You have a "real car" background for a change. Nice. (HA HA!!)
Zack = Doug DeMuro Jr.
Somehow this is insulting to both of them.
Zack is articulate, and doesn't pronounce S'es like Cindy Brady.
@@ModelA nah the intro threw massive Doug vibes and it was awesome
@@thirdpedalnirvana I'mma disagree, I'd want to be Doug Jr.
More like Rob Dahm Jr
what if you're a rotary lover who is allergic to facebook and cannot tolerate giving facebook any ad revenue?
Then, you are in good company! Pox on Facebook.
I've only seen 1 other fc in my state in the last 10+ years. No one out here knows about these cars.
Just bought my first FC for 175$ >:)
damn that’s cheap af was it running?
