The reason that upgarage doesn’t work in the U.S. is because people are forgetting that the parts japan has at upgarage is like us having ford, chevy, chrysler etc parts here. Otherwise the math just doesn’t math for us here in the U.S. plus the hype tax doesn’t help either.
@roadsofjapan6009 Nobody forgot that. It's cheaper to send stuff in bulk and a company will get better shipping rates than a random importer/exporter. yet it still comes out to be way cheaper to buy and ship each individual item to your door. Also are we forgetting these are used parts? I can get brand new same or better spec wheels for less shipped to my door. I shouldn't be able to buy/ship as individual, then sell the same item and still come out thousands cheaper than them.

Dude, you're like the MSNBC of finance when it comes to money exchange rates 🤯
Imagine if they opened in Australia though lol!
In my opinion it would be a little cheaper to ship without tires also
Yeah it being in California is the main reason for the ripoff, they are pretty ridiculous
Sadly its the shipping to get the parts over here from japan
shouldve opened one in the east coast. lol rhode island or new york or boston. or even in ct
the price problem is more likely fixed by the owners of up garage. once one owner changes prices, in any business, all the others follow with that price. even if they did make a mistake, if people are still paying money for an item at a ridiculous price, then the owners will look the other way and continue to sell at a "PRICE FIXED" price that they made not the actual supply and demand rule of pricing things. its so corrupt right now.
nice brand.. "DIECOCK" lmao
right now shipping is expensive for uss in norway. IF i by some smal rims from china i have to pay almost 100$ a rim in shipping that's up to two times the price of the rims. :( big one like you use cost even more. STIL. it wont up the price that much.
btw i think all of them is knockoff of the "Minilites" rims from the UK. they first came out on the mini in 1962
