Tumblers are a part of the internal mechanism in a lock - there are a few different types, I think pin tumblers are the ones that most people would be familiar with (where the key raises pins within the lock which have to align properly to allow the lock to open).

Right there, I believe he's saying "They're here": as we see at the end of the song, someone's watching Stupes' character, so they probably know even they aren't the biggest fish.
