I'm very proud to say that Mahmoud is my favorite player of all time. A great player, a man of principle, intelligent, and heroic. His book is very good.
So because he reads, doesn’t drink, get high, curse, or causes problems he’s an issue. But players who cause problems on and off the court and don’t play as well are fine, that’s sad. May Allah continue to bless this man. He felt the need for change so he bettered himself.
This dude was so exciting as a player - when he was on, he was unstoppable. He had hops, super quickness, an excellent jump shot, and could get into the lane at will. What a talent.
I rather vaguely remember a game he played in college against Loyola-Marymont, which featured Bo Kimble (I believe Hank Geathers had passed away the year before), and it was an absolute shootout! Each team must have had 120 points, or some ungodly number like that, in a COLLEGE game! I could google it, but I would really just rather see if anyone on here remembers that game. Mahmoud (the former Chris Jackson) went for about 40 that game, and I specifically remember saying to my wife that that kid was "maybe the best scorer I had ever seen." What an incredible talent he was......I hope he is remembered for his courage as much as he is for his ridiculous talent, and in the wake of Muhammad Ali's passing last week, perhaps his story will be brought to light.
Matt Pearce yes i remember that game. Hank Gathers played in it and was going to work against Shaq and Stanley Roberts two 7 footers. Bo Kimble was also killin for LM. Chris Jackson along w Williamson and Singleton were working out. one of the best and highest scoring college games ever. At that point Stanley Roberts was a better skilled player than Shaq.
Gentle spirit, smaller guy but a great heart. Man of serious faith. Had to stop watching it made angry. The sound his shot made in the net was awesome!
Damn this man deserved WAAAAY more hype than people even understand. It's a shame what they did to him. Love watching him light up mj and the bulls, even tho I was a big bulls fan gotta give credit where credit is due 🤷
Definitely was black balled by the league…the man was a scoring machine & could compete against the best every game he played…definitely was a pleasure watching him back in the day!🤙🏾
I have never understood the ultimate patriotism the americans have towards that national anthem and their flag of stars. What's the problem if one does not want to sing the song if one does not believe the exact same way? I see that every time here in Finland, not everyone sings our national anthem when it's played before a hockey match or something like that and that guy is not crucified By the media because of it. You call America to be "the land of opportunity" and "the land of freedom" and still you demand everyone has to belief and behave pretty much the same way...Isn't that a bit complicated?
+Zamppa86 its because dummerica is all fakeness and zero substance .. you have more democracy and freedoms in third world countries albeit in a round about way due to chaos and corruption than you do in this carefully presented hollowood psych show ..
he scored twice on jordan while still in high school at a high school league demo. jordan made him sit down after (the gym was going crazy).... he also gave the 72-10 Bulls one of their loses
I always wondered what happened to Chris Jackson (Abdul-Rouf ). He was a baaaaad man. He obviously was ahead of his time. He lived his truth...regardless. I respect that.
I remember reading about Mahmoud Abdul-Rauf in Shaq's book, "Shaq Uncut: My Story". And in it Shaq discussed Abdul-Rauf's (Chris Jackson at the time) Tourette's syndrome. U see Shaq n him were teammates and roommates at LSU. When Jackson would come back to their dorm at night, he would open the door with his key numerous amount of times because he felt he didn't open it properly, and had to do it perfect or else he just keep going in n out until he got it "right". Shaq would see Jackson do this over and over again every night, but knew he couldn't help him. He had a phenomenal shooting stroke, if he got hot, it was game over! Reminds me of Ray Allen in shooting form, and Ray has borderline ocd I think. Shooting n perfectionism can be quite a lethal duo.
Made the dude better.I think it was an nba inside stuff interview where he kept making shots and explained that to him they didn't count and they were perfect swishes and I couldn't figure out his logic, but hey it worked maybe he knew something we didn't.
Been watching Basketball since the 80's, in my opinion Abdul-Rauf (Chris Jackson) is the Best 1 on 1 scoring point guard and best jump shooting point guard I have ever seen. He was Dynamite🏀
+VitaminVision Steph curry has 2 MVP's and is being compared to the level of Jordan (even though isn't on that level). He also had over 400 threes shooting 45% from 3, while dishing out over 6 assists per game. I'm not sure Mahmoud could ever reach that level
something ALOT of people don't know is he actually started getting suspended for not standing and lost about 31,000$ per game meaning if he didn't come to a compromise he would've lost out on 2.5mil yearly.. the NBA so currupt..
So the fact he shot 37% from the field and 16% from 3 his last year had nothing to do with it? A midget ball hog that can't guard anyone and can no longer shoot. Why would any team want that player?
never had a problem with Abdul-Rauf not standing for the anthem.....I was a bball fan watching a great player. Not worried about his beliefs & religion
Ashkenazi Jews run sports entertainment, so when they see an Nba athlete of his caliber plus MUSLIM , refusing to do the national anthem. You better expect some crazy backlash.
I don’t understand, I give respect when ANY country has a national anthem is playing, weather I agree with their views or not, if you don’t do this it shows a level of disrespect to a country and you need to do some soul searching to see if that’s worth doing!
This Chris Jackson from LSU. He played with Shaquille O'Neal in college, and it was he whom (Chris Jackson) led the team in points per game. 30+ ppg in college.
Mahmoud is blessed and smart enough to understand that no matter what any of us do in life, it's all ultimately part of our journey to THE LORD OF POWER and that judgment.
Hiawatha Clemons it had nothing to do with him converted to islam .. nobody cared about what he did behind closed doors... the issue started becoming big when he wouldnt stand up for the national anthem. what does him being islam have to do with him still being an American ! nothing!. HAKEEM OLAJUWON is muslim and he's in the hall of fame!
+ALEX Galarza Regardless of what you say, I've watched dude since his LSU days. If he had finished his career, he would have made it. Olajuwon is a legend. But he wasn't as devout as Abdul-Rauf in his Islamic faith.
This story has soooo many layers. Its worth an intelligent discussion. From the Flag to Islam to Unconventional Thinking to Crazy Ball skills to Tourette...I guess I better get the book. Respect to Mahmoud Adul-Rauf
I have the utmost respect for star players who stay true to themselves and their ideals despite the celebrity dillusion. One of the best scoring point guards ever to play this game. Amazing talent. Mad respect for the player and the man.
Bucket Central Outside of the scandal with that intern, what "trouble" was Marbury getting into? In fact, he was one of the most philanthropic players in the NBA at the time.
He will always be my favorite basketball player. His story is really compelling& hearbreaking..Steph curry pattern his whole game from Mahmoud Abdul Rauf...
I've seen this Abdul-Rauf(Chris Jackson) play against my high school at the big house. He was the baddest player on the court and unguardable. He was like that from LSU to the Denver Nuggets. Definitely was Steph Curry of my generation.
The NBA is an elite group of basketball players, odds are probably better playing the lottery and this guy gave it all up for what he believes in. This is a true testament of what type of man he is. Much respect...
He was part of the 1994 upset #8 seed Denver vs #1 Seattle He was part of the Denver nuggets destroying 72 wins Bulls His best performance was on Utah Three championship teams got owned by MAR while playing on a shitty team. He was one team away from changing the history of the NBA in the 90s. Imagine if joined Orlando, Indiana, Utah, Seattle or any teams that challenged the 96-98 Bulls. He was the first of his kind.. a lethal 3pt shooter who can create his own shot.
Smaller type NBA players who can shoot are always in a quandary. Mahmoud was as talented a little man I've ever seen. PURE jump shooter with a lightning quck release.
We all knew he was going to be getting blackballed when he was getting benched. As a fan of the game I was so bummed out by that too. I wanted to see the best players play the best games and I felt MAR was a man of strong moral character which put him in a caliber all his own. It was a pleasure to see him play when he did.
I know I'm late to this video, but he was the man. I love what he said about not being able to watch the NBA anymore. It really is just entertainment, all these games seem fixed.
He was an amazing player when on. I remember him lighting up the Bulls on their record winning season. Was excited when the Kings got him. Very streaky player it turns out.
I admired Mahmoud. He is and was one of the top 50 players in the NBA. I think Mahmoud and Dennis Rodman were blackballed on so many levels. But this brother mainly because of his Islamic belief and his willingness to stand up the same way as Kapernick and the brothers who stood up during the Olympic.
It's interesting that I never heard 1 Great NBA Star or Superstar give Chris Jackson or Abdul-Rauf any credit. Although I know for a fact that he gave every Star / Superstar problems in that era.
I never forgot about him when Steph Curry came in the league and rose to stardom for his shooting. He didn’t shock me because I seen the best at his craft in Mahmoud-Abdul-Rauf. His shooting was off the charts with unlimited range and he was a force to be reckoned with at the 1. SC is a rerun to me, one of the best who ever did it in this era... BUT NOT THE 1st.... (Mahmoud Abdul Rauf). The Best
The real reason is that Mahmoud was becoming a bigger Icon than Jordan!!! Anybody that challenged Jordan's legacy was targeted!!! Olajuwon caught a break because Jordan was "retired"!!!
Sirr Jazz ... That's Real Talk ! ... @@onlytruth777 Been watching & playing this game a long time. When the NBA started ignoring Dr. J., & those great players from the 1970's, it started becoming clear what was going on. Then the lock-out that basically retired Pat Ewing, Shawn Kemp, & those black American Stars of the 1990's to make way for the Euro players because the black superstars had took over the league. If they hadn't had Larry Bird, they'd had no white superstars. David Stern been running black superstars out of the NBA since he became commissioner. Marbury, Sprewell, they got Iverson out of Philly, were he still has a strong fan following. This same David Stern let Jordan retire, in the midst of a gambling scandal & the death of his Daddy. They let him back in the NBA with a Hero's Welcome with EVERYTHING IN PLACE after missing 2 seasons it was as he'd never left!!! He unretired a 2nd time to play with the Wizards. Jordan has had the easiest path to stardom than ANY NBA Player. Everything you said about Magic is true. He was the biggest threat to Jordan's legacy, because the Lakers owned the West when Magic was an active player. There's no tellin' how many 'chips Magic would've won, I figure at least 10.

Do you realize what a RACIST AGENDA has to be in place for the odds to be that DISTORTED ??? ... If Mike Vick played any other position but QB : running back , linebacker , receiver , etc ... he would've NEVER WENT TO JAIL !!! ... Look how they let 'Fake' (i mean) ray lewis keep playin , or how they covered up Rape-n (i mean) peyton manning molesting girls in college , til he RETIRED from the league ? !! ... That's why i quit watching that RACIST PROPAGANDA , called the nfl ! ...
Hard to believe he is still around and as talented as he used to be. I live in Gulfport when Mahmoud was in elementary school and I was in Junior College. I coached him in football and basketball in 4-5th grade and I can tell you he was as good in football as he was in basketball. He broke his arm or leg the very first game of the season and that was the end of his football career. Even after football, Chris would have a basketball in his hands and woudl should until after dark!

He felt the need for change so he bettered himself.
mister Verde Smh, he might have a case.
This brother was wronged. Damn shame how he was treated. Land of the free and home of the brave. Yeah Right!!!!!!
This dude was so exciting as a player - when he was on, he was unstoppable. He had hops, super quickness, an excellent jump shot, and could get into the lane at will. What a talent.
The GOAT SHOOTER without a doubt!!!!!!!!!! You are a true pioneer my brother👍
Victor Jordan ✊🏾✊🏾✊🏾 no doubt
Hell no!! Career 44%from the field 35% from 3 average at best!
Yo, everybody needs to check this dude out now in the Big 3 league. He still got game at 49 years old!
I remember one game playing against Tennessee, he made 5 players foul out guarding just him
Gentle spirit, smaller guy but a great heart.
New Doc on Showtime about him. Its titled (STAND)
Definitely was black balled by the league…the man was a scoring machine & could compete against the best every game he played…definitely was a pleasure watching him back in the day!🤙🏾
watch the game against Stockton and the jazz, unstoppable
Patriots during the American Revolution were actually the ones standing up and speaking out. Doing that now make you ANTI-patriotic, somehow...
+Udaam Wright Exactly ,I tell people that all the time, they would be known as terrorist now,Land Of the Hypocrite's
Blaque Reign i agree
Zamppa86 More Contradictory.
He beat Jordan in a 1on1 game in 1989 at the NIKE CAMP. True story!
sound gay? i am gay you bitch.
he scored twice on jordan while still in high school at a high school league demo. jordan made him sit down after (the gym was going crazy).... he also gave the 72-10 Bulls one of their loses
@@cybersub4693 lol
Yah ok he is like 5ft tall and he can beat the greatest scorer in nba history. Get the bullshit out of your head
@@cybersub4693 😂😂😂
no matter what the NBA did best believe that you will always be remembered as one of the best....
I always wondered what happened to Chris Jackson (Abdul-Rouf ). He was a baaaaad man. He obviously was ahead of his time. He lived his truth...regardless. I respect that.
The Big 3 brought me here. Salute to you Rauf. Your an Amazing player.
I always knew Curry's game reminded me of someone but I could never place it.
+Uncle Tony Phil Jackson said the same shit today!
+Uncle Tony lol man I said that before too!
+Uncle Tony lol man I said that before too!
+Uncle Tony: They even kind of look alike.
+Terrill Wyche I guess that's how light skinded dudes ball
"I give my Allegiance to no one, accept to God." Allahu Akbar!! That is a real man with morals, character.
Made the dude better.I think it was an nba inside stuff interview where he kept making shots and explained that to him they didn't count and they were perfect swishes and I couldn't figure out his logic, but hey it worked maybe he knew something we didn't.
now thats how you write a run-on
Once you have the swish down pat. The next step is swish plus it coming back to you.
That's not tourette's goofball, that's OCD
The best jumpshooter and worst jumpshooter (arguably) were once roommates!
Been watching Basketball since the 80's, in my opinion Abdul-Rauf (Chris Jackson) is the Best 1 on 1 scoring point guard and best jump shooting point guard I have ever seen. He was Dynamite🏀
Watching since 1991 and I agree 100%
Same
@@johnnysnowbird826 agreed
Mahmoud is my Ali of the NBA, Kaepernick of the NFL. Hands down!!!!!!
he the original stephen curry and derrick rose,he was head of his time
steph curry
+joann dortch TRUE
+damon richmond are you phil jackson?
damn, my man called it almost a year before Phil Jackson.
This is a true champion.
This man could of been one of the greatest point guards ever thats sad because he was muslim they took his best years away
Mohammad Naji damn kareem Abdul jabar was muslim to
That's weird most of the politicians are Muslim moors🤔💯
So the fact he shot 37% from the field and 16% from 3 his last year had nothing to do with it? A midget ball hog that can't guard anyone and can no longer shoot. Why would any team want that player?
@Spanish Ramon exactly
@Rasheed Lewis probably you
never had a problem with Abdul-Rauf not standing for the anthem.....I was a bball fan watching a great player. Not worried about his beliefs & religion
Well too bad everyone else was
+Mohammad Barakat you speaking for everyone else?
Ashkenazi Jews run sports entertainment, so when they see an Nba athlete of his caliber plus MUSLIM , refusing to do the national anthem. You better expect some crazy backlash.
2KGrind09 True
I don’t understand, I give respect when ANY country has a national anthem is playing, weather I agree with their views or not, if you don’t do this it shows a level of disrespect to a country and you need to do some soul searching to see if that’s worth doing!
The same people who flip about standing for the flag are the same who are silent when Veterans are being denied their benefits.
They not go admit that
Whew...that cognitive dissonance thoooo
Ernest Aguilar 😂😂😂 preach
What an ignorant thing to say. Absolutely one of the most stupid comments I’ve read. You probably think you’re an intelligent person.
GTFOH lol
This Chris Jackson from LSU. He played with Shaquille O'Neal in college, and it was he whom (Chris Jackson) led the team in points per game. 30+ ppg in college.
One of the top 5 purest shooters of all time!!!
Mahmoud is blessed and smart enough to understand that no matter what any of us do in life, it's all ultimately part of our journey to THE LORD OF POWER and that judgment.
They always pick on nice people. The player who gets drunk, high and is aggressive is left alone because they aren't an easy target.
We remember you. And appreciate your contribution to the game. You a str8 BALLER. CAN'T TAKE THT FROM YOU
All because he converted to Islam. SMH. Would have been in the Hall of Fame.
If you live in this country respect the flag
+pmerk36 Yeah, ok. Whatever.
+ASheep InWolfClothing You mean the way they "respect us minorities? Yeah, ok.
This story has soooo many layers. Its worth an intelligent discussion. From the Flag to Islam to Unconventional Thinking to Crazy Ball skills to Tourette...I guess I better get the book. Respect to Mahmoud Adul-Rauf
He stood for alot even in the 90s
I have the utmost respect for star players who stay true to themselves and their ideals despite the celebrity dillusion.
One of the best scoring point guards ever to play this game. Amazing talent.
Mad respect for the player and the man.
Him, Marbury and Iverson were all blackballed
#Facts
Explain the last two because they use to bs a lot..
How are players who were breaking all time records... Bs'ers?
BrooklyNupe Get in a lot of trouble I'm saying in Chris Jackson way he didn't do nothing..
Bucket Central Outside of the scandal with that intern, what "trouble" was Marbury getting into? In fact, he was one of the most philanthropic players in the NBA at the time.
A man is not a man unless he's standing on his principles. Even if I don't believe the same thing you do salute brother.
I would have loved to see him finish his career he was truely a unique scorer and heated up quickly!!
He will always be my favorite basketball player. His story is really compelling& hearbreaking..Steph curry pattern his whole game from Mahmoud Abdul Rauf...
A legendary ballplayer and an even better man.
I get to meet Mahmoud Abdul Rauf this month during Ramadan. Being a African Muslim, I look at this man as one of my only living role models.
He was part of the 1994 upset #8 seed Denver vs #1 Seattle
He was part of the Denver nuggets destroying 72 wins Bulls
His best performance was on Utah
Three championship teams got owned by MAR while playing on a shitty team. He was one team away from changing the history of the NBA in the 90s. Imagine if joined Orlando, Indiana, Utah, Seattle or any teams that challenged the 96-98 Bulls. He was the first of his kind.. a lethal 3pt shooter who can create his own shot.
A great man of integrity.... Rare professional athlete. American treasure...
I believe Steph Curry studied this man’s game.
their playing styles are identical
Stephen Curry will never admit it
Chris Jackson is balling in the big 3
Yup!
colin kaepernick dealing with this issue today.
Smaller type NBA players who can shoot are always in a quandary. Mahmoud was as talented a little man I've ever seen. PURE jump shooter with a lightning quck release.
Fantastic player, nobody knows him in the media because he was courageous.
We all knew he was going to be getting blackballed when he was getting benched. As a fan of the game I was so bummed out by that too. I wanted to see the best players play the best games and I felt MAR was a man of strong moral character which put him in a caliber all his own. It was a pleasure to see him play when he did.
Best Player EVER.... If you watched him at LSU, you knew he was gonna be great ...
I have alot of admiration for this man as a player and as a human being ..
Mahmoud was the real deal!!
I know I'm late to this video, but he was the man. I love what he said about not being able to watch the NBA anymore. It really is just entertainment, all these games seem fixed.
I remember when NBA Inside Stuff ran a segment about his torett syndrome, first time I ever heard of it and it brought attention to the impairment
So many athletes are not so bright , but when you stand for something it becomes a issue. He stood for something more than the game .
It's interesting that I never heard 1 Great NBA Star or Superstar give Chris Jackson or Abdul-Rauf any credit. Although I know for a fact that he gave every Star / Superstar problems in that era.
They skeered of the establishment
I never forgot about him when Steph Curry came in the league and rose to stardom for his shooting. He didn’t shock me because I seen the best at his craft in Mahmoud-Abdul-Rauf. His shooting was off the charts with unlimited range and he was a force to be reckoned with at the 1. SC is a rerun to me, one of the best who ever did it in this era... BUT NOT THE 1st.... (Mahmoud Abdul Rauf). The Best
They never talked about this man I just found out who he was through the big three schitt's crazy man had skills
Chris Frazier ...Really....he was the best. Look up Craig Hodges. They don't talk abt him either.
Damone the skills disrespect the fking country that allow your ass to live the way u do he had and still have no fking point
I had the privilege to meet this man in Philly 2019 . He is much taller than I thought ( 6' 3"). And very humble!! Biggups to Mahmoud!!
The Stephan Curry of the 90's is definitely Mahmoud Abdul-Rauf ( Chris Jackson )
Janel Lemay-Naït he was much more talented than Steph. Way more athletic and a better ball handler.
No. Chris jackson isnt curry. Curry is chris jackson
This man's game was nice, really nice, and yes, he was blackballed, salute to that brother
The real reason is that Mahmoud was becoming a bigger Icon than Jordan!!!
Anybody that challenged Jordan's legacy was targeted!!!
Olajuwon caught a break because Jordan was "retired"!!!
Sirr Jazz ... That's Real Talk ! ... Look how they kicked Magic out of basketball , bc of the mike jordan 'Agenda' ! ... l remember back in the early 90's when 'AIDS' was on the war-path & it was a DEATH SENTENCE ! ... If you were diagnosed w/aids one week , the next week you were DEAD ! ... Didn't matter who you were , movie-stars , olympic legends , politicians , boxers whoever didn't matter ... Everyone from that era who had 'AIDS' IS DEAD , EXCEPT MAGIC ??? !!! ... They had to get him off the court so they could Force-Feed & Brainwash the public w/mike , nike & gatorade ...
If you notice , Magic wore 'Converse' , that was the major shoe worn by just about ALL basketball players for about 50/60yrs of the NBA ... Until mike came along ! ? ... Today if you mention converse to somebody , they would think you were talking in a foreign language ! ... l bet there's ppl that have no idea of what a Converse is ? ... That was another reason why they had to get rid of Magic ! ... mike's not the greatest player to ever play , he's the greatest 'Figure-Head' created by the 'Powers that Be' , nike , hanes , gatorade ! ... mike's the greatest Shoe Salesman there ever has been , to them ! ... They 'SOLD' & FORCE-FED mike to the mainstream & made the whole league about him ...
@@onlytruth777 straight & to the point. I've been saying the same things Only Truth.
People don't to hear the truth, only what they want to hear which is bullshyt most of the time.
Another reason they wanted Magic out is because Stockton was closing in on Magic's assist record.
If they allowed Magic to continue to play, Stockton would've never caught, let alone pass Magic Johnson.
Who was the loudest voice against Magic coming back? It was FLUNKY KARL MALONE!!!
Yet Karl Malone was stupid enough to join the Lakers to try and win an NBA Championship???
How DUMB can a FLUNKY BE? You help run the Lakers greatest Icon at the guard position out of the NBA, then you EXPECT to win a championship with that SAME TEAM??? Malone was dumb enough to believe that the Lakers had forgotten what he did to them!!!
Karl Malone has always been an OVERRATED FLUNKY!!!
@@sirrjazz734 ... ABSOLUTELY RIGHT ! ... I forgot about all that going on then too ! ... Yeah , that CHUMP malone was a Sell-Out ! ... Magic was such a threat at that time to all the Behind-The-Scene Schemes they wanted to implement , that they HAD TO GET RID OF HIM ! ... Magic was still a young man who had basically played his Whole Career in the Finals ... They were in the process of rebuilding the Lakers , now put kobe & shaquille w/Magic & then tell me if mike still wins 6 !!! ... Naw , they knew EXACTLY what they were doin gettin Magic out of the way ! ... I used to tell ppl that back in the day , they thought i was krazy ! ... Now , they beginning to see the truth comin out ... You sound like you were wise enough to see what was goin on at the time yourself !

@@sirrjazz734 ... Man , you've said things i've been thinking for YEARS ! ... But , most ppl can't handle the TRUTH ! ... Yeah they saw the nba slippin away yrs ago ... i used to tell ppl about stern & those foreign players long ago , w/that Slimy , Crooked Smile of his ! ...
If you notice they're doin the same thing in the nfl , the way they try & jettison these Black QBs by sabotaging they're growth & development ! ... They ALWAYS have subpar linemen , cut rate incompetent receivers , that's why they're CONSTANTLY running & ALWAYS INJURED ! ... They can't afford to let these Black QBs win sb's & have success ... it would literally change the 'Face' of the league , & make it look JUST LIKE THE NBA ! ...
I tell ppl all the time , Doug Williams won the Super Bowl in 1988 ... Out of 54 sb's played to date , there have ONLY been 5 Black QBs to play in that game , ONLY 2 have won , in a league where 80% of the PLAYERS ARE BLACK !! ? ... To really let that sink in , out of 108 possible starting QBs in the sb , ONLY 4% have been BLACK !!! ... like I say , in a league where 80% of the REST of the players are BLACK ? !! ... Do you realize what a RACIST AGENDA has to be in place for the odds to be that DISTORTED ??? ... If Mike Vick played any other position but QB : running back , linebacker , receiver , etc ... he would've NEVER WENT TO JAIL !!! ... But they saw a chance to get rid of & embarrass ANOTHER BLACK QB !!!
He was wayyyyy too ahead of his time.
A great Man
Thank you
Land of the free. Home of the brave. He exercised his freedom and showed his braveness but he was forced out. How ironic.
Enjoyed watching him and is one of the all time great Nuggets
He was such a great sad he got pushed out of the league because of his faith..
And this country suppose to be the land of the free. Wow......
Hell yea its sad, it happens everywhere all the time even on much smaller scales. I dont even think I could imagine what the world would be like if all people just realizes they dont NEED to hate just bcuz they can't understand or agree
They did the same to Craig Hodges
Always one of my favorite player Abdul Chris Jackson ...
People forgot about Abdul-Rauf. He was in my opinion the type of player who was the three point threat that Curry gets credit for now. And I believe the numbers that Abdul-Rauf put up Curry would've been chasing. Way better player than Curry.
I saw him play in high school never seen anything like him.. He was NBA ready then
come of that stuff you on with way better than curry you not serious you gotta be joking he good no doubt but steph in a league of this own ask shaq he seen both players play
Nah I never forgot about Abdul or any of the 90's greats . common he's a legend in his own right
Abdul-Rauf is the best point guard ever
