In halo reach on new alexandria, I found weird and interesting cubes with patterns and symbols in the center of the 2 covenant ships many years ago and have yet to find a video on it. To fly to it, you have to get the phantom from the Easter egg. You should take a look.
He did. Those cubes do various things. Like the guardian towers on sandtrap . The cubes from the ships contain the logic for the glassing beam effects. The shaders and particle effects have to come from something. Many games use them, they are called 'dev cubes' . Lots of them in Halo, and many other games. Go check out boundary break on you tube. It does make allot of sense the turn of the millennium and beyond was a time of massive controversy for games. The other possibility is limitations of the console, halo started out its life being developed for the PC, and maybe what we see here is remnants of the early PC development ?

In halo 1 why do 2 crewmen shoot at you after you walk past them on the way to the bridge to meet the captain?
Good question
They probably wanted to keep their age rating and decided to abandon the idea of gore. I think that's a shame and I wish there was an option to turn it on. It would make it feel way more immersive.
For some reason those innards being yellow green grosses me out more than the others.
he shows it at 1:13 I have no idea why this video is 5 minutes long.
Because he talks about the history of this occuring in Halo games.
@@Kiule2 Why is thst necessary if not to pad out the video?
Hey! You are very welcome to watch my new video entitled Procedural Dungeon. Enjoy it ! ruclips.net/video/MQvLTUW-AtQ/видео.html
So. The burster flood are in fact grunts then. Cause their "face" looks a lot like that texture...
I would bet they held off on it because they would have had to have specific versions for countries were internal organs / gore are prohibited as well as because their primary demographic range turned out to include young children.
I'm curious if halo originally was going to have dismemberment
The head is probably a different model for the AI camera to work properly. Plus I bet if you decapitated master chief youd see the same thing. I bet it's totally because the player camera is apart of a separate model.
Same with player elites in reach, the camera might be attached to the torso
I clicked on this video expecting to see a grunt wenis, I must say, I am confused
In Australia the rating was MA15+. Same with halo 2.
Halo 3 was the first M rated halo game here.
It's a good channel for out of bounds explanations for Tons of popular games.
Seems like they had originally intended Halo to actually EARN that M-Rating.
Not a grint anatomy experxt myself, bit id imagine the 3 holes are airway, esophagus, and spinal column
It does make allot of sense the turn of the millennium and beyond was a time of massive controversy for games. Many groups political or not were pushing for games to be less violent, because they believed, that video games made us violent. I suspect Bungie toned the game down a little, to keep them happy. The other possibility is limitations of the console, halo started out its life being developed for the PC, and maybe what we see here is remnants of the early PC development ?
God damn why haven't they made Halo like it was supposed to be made. Follow the books! Keep it dark and gritty. Dismemberment would be so fun in the halo games
Imagine halo infinite having doom eternal level of bodily destruction
It should be light blue not green. This is likely a texture for flood grunts. Flood have green blood
Makes me think of making a Brutal Doom Style mod for Halo CE
The picture makes it look like gruntgina
They are preparing to pick up dead space where it left off
Missed opportunity
