Visually the same. I think the difference is in hot swappable switches and PBT keycaps. Not sure about the frame. Maybe the Logitech one is also aluminum base ?
A customizable mechanical keyboard can typically go for $200+. Though low profile aren’t as popular as standard. If you look for non mechanical low profile, you can probably find one for $50 or so!

Whether something is "budget" or not is relative at the end of the day, but yeah there's actually a decent 75% keeb that's even cheaper than this one called ajazz ak832.
