Hey bro just wondering what you usually do when it comes to brand new factory pre primed weather boards undercoat wise ?? Can you get away with weather shield straight over it as it's a topcoat & primer? Or have you had times i can scratch off ? .. do you ever recommend oil base undercoats on the new boards or is the an overkill..

Hey bro, I always just spray a coat of primer on first but its not necessary, you can just go straight over with the weathershield. when I was working with other companies that's all we did and never had a drama even bare timber its okay just an extra coat needed. Oil is definitely an over killed for new pre-primed timber but for old school hardwood its the best. Hope this helps mate🙏🤙 respect
