- It's been one year since I started making beaver dam removal videos. I started going back through the videos and watching them to see how things progressed over the year and had the thought I would share it here too. These are in order and may contain some previously unpublished content, or maybe some content you didn't see because you clicked off a bad intro :)
An avalanche of clearings and water flow. Fantastic accomplishment! 😊
Thank you!
A nice compilation of removals. It's unreal what those little terrors do to your property. Ty for sharing.
Thanks for watching!
think most people don't fully understand the continuous struggle between man and the agents 🦫of nature. i have enjoyed the process and progress from both you and your nemesis.
There are definitely elements that don't come through fully on camera. Thanks for watching!
I do but more needs to be removed so it’s not so easy to build back up
If we only had a mini-excavator.
Don't think I don't shop around and wonder the same! I think it might happen someday. 🤔
Love the soothing water sounds.
Thanks for watching!
Seeing and hearing stagnant water released and able to flow and gather impetus is exhilarating, Liberating, the energy stored on the Verge of total collapse, lol, way cool..
Wow! The Beavers have been busy! 🦫🦫🦫🦫🦫
They never quit that's for sure!
Sending love from the UK ❤
👏👏👏👏👏👏👏👏❤️Blessings from Tennessee
LOOKIN' GOOD, NICE WORK..
Thanks!
You did such a better job once you had the correct gear! 😊
Thanks, the early videos are me truly at the start, no knowledge, no gear. Just a handful of determination. Thanks for watching!
Great video... thank you very much.
Thank you!
Wonderful job. Couldn't be better
Good afternoon everyone hope you are having a good day. Greetings from the USA.
Hope your having great day too!
Thanks for your efforts in this compilation. Great work, friend.
Thank you!
I really enjoyed that video ilike the way you kept going back once the water leaves dropped ❤❤❤
Thank you!
Buen trabajo 👏👏👏👏👏
Another great video ❤❤
Thank you!
What don’t you get a permit for removal and relocation of the little devils?
No permit needed on private land, we'll, as long as you aren't trying to get them a night. One of the guys, about 40 lbs in size, has already been removed. Beavers are smart and not easy to catch.
Have you watched post 10? I always wondered why you can’t just get in an work head on with it.
I have watched post10 videos. What I saw of his videos is that he is typically in the northeast US where they don't have venomous water snakes. Here in the south, I am getting into a venomous snake pit so I have to be careful about getting down in the all the sticks and limbs and stuff because there may be things in there you don't want to grab with your hands.
Can I ask why you never get in the water? I watch Post 10 and MSTECH86 and others and they all clear the dams from in the water. This looks much harder. Just wondering.
I just got 3/4 through and your in, much better. Sorry. 😊
I lacked experience and equipment in the beginning. The videos are pretty much in order from first to just one or two back, so you see me fumbling around at the start and hopefully see a much improved me in the end 😀
Maybe he should get a larger rake to get the stuff out.
The potato rake is the perfect size. It's like a hand on a long stick. I can grab big chunks of mud, single or mutiple sticks and branches. Bigger rakes don't work well unless you're just trying to remove leaves and small twigs.
The first time I saw one of your videos last year, I wondered why you were pulling out branches so carefully, almost like you were doing brain surgery, instead of just reaching down and grabbing handfuls of the debris. Then I wondered why you just didn't put on hip waders and climb in with a shovel. A couple of videos later, you told us about all of the snakes....... Yeah, I would have a much longer handle on that potato rake or go with a remote controlled digger, LOL! I hate snakes.
I could definitely do without the snakes!
You both need rakes. You could have had it done much quicker.
We do both have one, now. Dad did lose his somewhere, fell out of the back of the sxs. But I do this as a way to relax and enjoy nature. We are not trying to set any records or against any clock to do it as fast as we can. Sometimes people just need to slow down and enjoy life.
You need to get a better rake. That's something a girl Would use
They all work the same until they don't. I used that one for over a year but broke it a couple months ago. Now using the heaviest duty one I can find around here.
same rack - same halh ass job of clearing - but i guess you don't do a more complete job, because if you did there wouldn't be the opportunity for more videos that we all like -
