I have lots of Cadillac, Chevy Corvair, and other cool models! Some promos can bring a few hundred bucks! Matchbox makes that Audi wagon too! That is a cool little Subaru!
Doug’s kid: i want a story!
Doug: *Gets Owner’s Manual*
Doug’s kid: is it me or am i gonna listen a story for 3 hours.
The Opel Combo 😍
The other day I drove the new version of it and it was an absolute weird experience 😂
Amazing….I too collect especially 1:43 and 1:87 scale models! Many Thanks.
2:08 yes!! Same here!
Doug's stratus will be the last surviving stratus in the world!
Only in that size
Autoart made a realistic and detailed saturn ion in 1/18 scale
I have some 1:43 scale cars, multiple hot wheels, matchbox and siku cars, and some 1:18 scale cars. I also have a lego ferrari f40 and a vw beetle
Need a tour of Doug's undershirt collection.
I'm a model car collector myself and i used to sell these and i gotta say, these are some decent brands and hard to find limited edition models. Even they're just "normal cars". Great collection.
OMG this is actually amazing
There are a lot of quirks and features of your collection. Well done, Doug, well done. The 989 stunned me! What a surprise!
As a kid, I much preferred every day cars when playing because they were much more relatable.
Absolutely! I still do. They are just more realistic for an every day traffic.
@@mfatihy_ exactly sice when you gonna see 12 buggatii, and 6 konisegge on the road at once.
I used to hav a carpet with like a city scape and I had a green 2003 murcielago. Whenever it left the dealership no other vehicle was out
Yep the 989 is in the Porsche museum. It blew my mind to see a 996-style Panamera, I was so excited
Was waiting to see this for so long.😭
Awesome colection Doug! Car lovers, we want to have them, no matter the size!
Someone has to say this...
Doug Demuro the type of guy to reject a night of hot passion in favour of playing with Matchbox cars and models.
In Doug we trust!
13:03- The Lego version of Doug Demuro and his yellow Land Rover Defender is really amazing. I love the way it looks.
Doug: “the stratus’ are all off the road”
Me who saw like 5 different stratus’ today: *heh.*
it could be a dodge intrepid lol
@@samuelkim1827 it had stratus on the back
Cool collection. I grew up a little bit earlier than you in the late 80s and I too was an odd child who preferred “normal” car models. My favorites were two 1:64 diecasts from Majorette, a sky blue Oldsmobile Omega and a mint green metallic Honda Accord. Also had a matchbox Mercury Sable wagon and a hot wheels Chevy Citation. Wish I still had them….good times
I like how Doug recognized the existence of scalpers in the Die-cast community.
Great!!! My car collection also consist from some daily cars by Renault, Peugeot and Citroen
I have always wanted to see ANY collection(s) that he has 👌👌 #Perfection#QuirksAndFeatures
I love this. I also collect the most regular model cars I am able to find. When people ask me what to get from their vacations as a souvenir, I always ask for the most regular model car they can find. 2004 Passat estate is my best example of that.
A lot of the "normal car" models are indeed promotional items. That was certainly the case for the Stratus.
Fun fact: "matchbox" size models are called "resoraki" (plural, singular: resorak). "Resor" is... spring or shock absorber. Cause those models had bouncing "suspension":)
Papi Doug: More channel
Also em: Rest in PEACE!!
I love your model car collection Doug! Even I collect model cars as a hobby. I mostly have the larger scale which are the 1/18 scales which include a 1/18 scale Toyota Sienna 1/8 scale Lexus Rx200 and a Nissan Altima 1/18 scale and of course I also have a 1/18 scale Grumman LLV mail truck.
This is a highly based Doug Video
That vitara is awesome, I use to work at suzuki
I was the kid that went “Mommy, mommy, let’s get this Prius”🙃
Lol I literally screamed at the top of my lungs when I was four years old because I found a 1/64 Chrysler Sebring Convertible on the shelves. 💀
I have a green matchbox Prius 💀
Officialy I have watched the most Doug video ever Douged
That Opel Combo made me laugh, because my dad has one in exact same spec
My father and I have a huge collection of Diecast Model American Automobiles. And I truly hate when people call these models "toys". These are not toys, they are collectible models.
My 9 year old son has a collection of about 60 exotic hot wheels cars. Yeah, they ARE toys.
@@artgutierrez6568 I am not talking about Hot Wheels. Yes hot wheels make "toys". And sell them for a dollar. But I am talking about Sun Star, Auto Art, Norev, Solido, Greenlight, Autoworld, M2, Road signature, etc. These models are highly collectible. These are models, not toys. They have differences.
@@caddyguy5503 yeah, i like to call them scale replicas. you put them in display shelves, theyre expensive and not meant to be played with.
@@ImperialDiecast Truly! I love your 1:24 scale 1959 Cadillac Eldorado. Stunning!
04:48 So we learned Doug has owned the same clothes all these years, he just grew into them
Funny story, back in high school some my buddies and I discovered a girl in our grade had that rare Volvo T5R (sedan) in cream yellow. Only 346 imported to the US! Her dad bought it really cheap and gave it to her. She said it was pretty quick and had no idea it was so special!
Doug needs more French cars in his life, specifically Citroën. 😂
An hour before seeing this video me and my husband ordered our first model car: a 1980 Citroen 2CV in white & green.
Doug would be shaking because of the quirkiness of their quirks. But I think Skoda would be absolutely his brand if he was european 😂
I found that hotwheels RS2 just a few weeks ago! I bought it immediately, and I have Doug to thank for making me aware it even existed.
Doug: My collection is not very expensive
Also Doug: Has a 2000$ custom made LR Defender
I really don't know if I'm more a car enthusiast or a toy car enthusiast. I love this kind of videos
NGL, I want him to review an actual Opel Combo Tour
As a model car collector, this video from doug is everything to me
This is like something a twelve year old would post and I love it
or something a 12 year old would watch, and I'm watching every minute of this lmaoo
I been collecting die cast since 1969 & have over 5000 with 90% still in their blister pack or original container, most of what I collect is VW, Pontiac & MOPAR muscle cars, complete sets & complete series
I love this video and all of the model cars! Thanks for all of the great content over the years. I really appreciate you and your love of cars.
LOL... I forgot I had the volume full blast and then I press on this video.
THHHISSSSSS!!!!!
Gave me a fright...
When I was a kid I used to collect regular hot wheels and matchbox cars and use them on my rug that had streets and houses.
Some of my favorite toy and model cars when I was a kid were regular cars you’d find on the road. Out of all the “regular” cars I owned, I loved a model of a 1988 Cutlass Supreme the most. I’d organize all of my models like they were parked in a mall parking lot. Some of them were parked crooked or short in the space.
